WHAT MATTERS TO YOU?

Acts 1:7-8

And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.


As a child of God what should really matter to us?


Have we left what matters to run around looking for answers that are not important for us to know?


While the disciples were bothered about the restoration of Israel, God was taking care of the whole world.


What are you bothered about? Is it what matters to God? If it doesn't matter to God, why should He be bothered about it and why should you be bothered about it?


We have the Holy Spirit for a reason. However, most of us have given more room to the flesh, so it seems the Spirit is silent. No. We are the ones who have refused to stay to listen.


"and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."


At this time as in all times, we must wake up from our dreams and fictions and focus on what the Lord has sent us to do.


Is the Lord concerned about your needs, safety, health etc. Yes! He promised to take care of us.


Isaiah 54:17 NLT

But in that coming day no weapon turned against you will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you. These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the Lord; their vindication will come from me. I, the Lord, have spoken!


If you are of the Heavenly Father, He will take care of you, therefore You should be concerned with what He is concerned about. Selah


PRAYER

Loving Father, help us Your children to set our minds on things that matter to You. Surely You will take care of us, so Lord we are concerned about what You are concerned about. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

CHRIST'S RULE

Isaiah 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. The prophecy on Judah's predicament did not end there, there was the prophecy of the return of the remnant. The end of the days will see a new wave of peace and joyous happiness.
