WE WORSHIP

Philippians 3:3

For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.


We remember to:


Psalms 100:1-5

Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth! Worship the Lord with gladness.  Come before him, singing with joy.

Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us, and we are his. We are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name.

For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation.


The gathering of God's people has always been His pleasure, that we come together as brethren to worship and thank Him for who He is and all He has done. No wonder David was called the man after God's heart, he knew what it was to worship, to enter into the gates with thanksgiving.


Jesus also said:


John 4:23-24

But the time is coming—indeed it’s here now—when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for those who will worship him that way.

For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.”


I am so much in displeasure when I see our gathering turned into social meetings, platforms for comics and comedians, money making seminars or whatever it is. We must separate our worship time together from all these other activities. Do we really know what it is to honour God and dwell in His presence?


So believer, you as a person and extending to your family just learn how to come together to worship. The enemy would very much love to see this destroyed - don't let him!


So, it does not rest on the gathering with others alone, but more importantly our personal worship time. We must learn to stay in His presence continually and to that worship is inevitable. For He is God!


Psalms 100:5

For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation.


The situation or environment may not be the way we want it to be, nevertheless we must keep worshipping.


Glory to God.


I see a refreshed sect, a renewed people, coming forth from the gathering with new zeal, clearer visions.

PRAYER

Loving Father, help me to worship consistently. Your presence is where I always want to be. I love You Lord. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

CHRIST'S RULE

Isaiah 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. The prophecy on Judah's predicament did not end there, there was the prophecy of the return of the remnant. The end of the days will see a new wave of peace and joyous happiness.
