DO WE STILL TRUST GOD?

Hebrews 2:12-13

Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.

And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.


Can we trust God?


Yes.


From experience we know that man can fail but God would not,  it is wisdom to trust in the Lord. However knowing that times of tests would come, many feel it is futile to do so, when you speak of business deals,  daily routines,  and many other transactions we have to do here on earth it sounds weird to some when you bring the Lord into the picture.


Certainly some have gotten it wrong, thinking that God would do for us what He has already empowered us to do. No He doesn't, yet we know that we cannot get carried away and think that it is by our strength.


1Samuel 2:9b

for by strength shall no man prevail.


We trust, that is why we continue in prayers, but we don't just babble, we WATCH and pray. Listening to hear what the Holy Spirit says that we are guided aright.


One beautiful thing about this is what Jesus said that even before we ask, the Lord knows our needs. Glory.


Matthew 6:7-8 NLT

“When you pray, don’t babble on and on as the Gentiles do. They think their prayers are answered merely by repeating their words again and again. Don’t be like them, for your Father knows exactly what you need even before you ask him! 


So, don't let anyone, situation, temptation or trial, take away Your faith in God. Who else is reliable?


PRAYER

Loving Father, my trust in You is without borders, I depend on You and I am the better for it. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

TRADE WISELY

Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. Many have traded their joy chasing over material things and the pleasures and satisfaction of the world. The question is "is it worth it?". CHRIST'S RULE

Isaiah 11:9 They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. The prophecy on Judah's predicament did not end there, there was the prophecy of the return of the remnant. The end of the days will see a new wave of peace and joyous happiness.
