LIKE AN EAGLE

Isaiah 40:31

But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint.


The criteria for your eagle status, is that you wait on the Lord!


Just like that powerful eagle walking on the ground has a higher place above where it soars. We walking here on earth have access to the higher heavens where Christ rules.


Ephesians 2:6

For he raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus. 


The eagle still has its place at the high grounds


Don't take it for granted cause anything it lifts, either goes as a friend with it to greater heights or is dropped below to crash.


For those who understand!


We also have our place in the higher grounds and anyone who takes us for granted would find themselves crashing down.


Psalm 40:3

And he hath put a new song in my mouth, [even] praise unto our God: many shall see [it], and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.


So you feel like you are like a chicken, limited to the ground, you cannot fly up to the heavens. No, it is just a passing phase, be ready to spread your wings and fly to the heavens. Your next level is about to be revealed.


For Christ told us that we are in the world but not of the world, our kingdom is the kingdom of God, we are here as ambassadors. For when the times are over there will be a new heaven and a new earth of which we are heirs in Christ Jesus. 


You will not miss your turn!


PRAYER

Loving Father, thank You for the privilege of being an heir in Your kingdom. I soar as the eagle on the higher ground above all principalities and powers, I have victory over every enemy. I win because Lord You gave me victory. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

Many have traded their joy chasing over material things and the pleasures and satisfaction of the world. The question is "is it worth it?". Yes we must earn, work and keep improving day after day but we must remember "nothing is free". We must pay a price. So, what are we ready to sacrifice? Matthew 7:12 "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. It is hypocritical of us to expect people to stand with us when we are experiencing challenges yet when we see others face their own challenges, we begin to imagine what they must have done wrong or maybe they annoyed God or did one evil or the other instead of reaching out to help as we would desire others to do for us. The same thing goes for prosperity, when the Lord opens a door for us and we have abundance of wealth or a breakthrough we expect others to rejoice with us, more so, some would even find it hard to give to others.
