TIME TO THANK GOD

Psalm 92:1

[It is a] good [thing] to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:


Everytime you see the breaking of a new day, know that it is time to thank God.


Yes, you have request, you have something bothering you, a project to start or complete, this person or that person did that etc.


However, all these will only matter if you are alive. Selah!


1Thessalonians 5:18
"in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."


Remember that it is because you are alive that you can work, eat, complain or make requests.


Before anything else give thanks to God for giving you life and for giving His Son "Yeshua Hamaschiac, Jesus the Christ" in whom He has allowed all things to dwell.


Colossians 2:9
"For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily;"


If you have Jesus you have everything.


Before anything else daily my friend, let us give thanks.


Romans 8:32
"He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?"


Yes, you will work and prosper, you will face challenges, you may cry, shout for joy, people may treat you badly or some can treat you nicely, it doesn't matter. What matters is that God has you under His care, it is above anything else we can wish for.


So give thanks, again and again.


Even if you have to be at work do find time to pray with a loved one. God is good, He deserves our thanks.


The week is already in God's hands. He will guide us through it, in our work or rest it will be of favour.


PRAYER
Thank You Heavenly Father for life and for Your love. Your steadfast love never ceases and Your mercy never comes to an end. What a Loving Father You are. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

DO UNTO OTHERS . . .

Matthew 7:12 "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. It is hypocritical of us to expect people to stand with us when we are experiencing challenges yet when we see others face their own challenges, we begin to imagine what they must have done wrong or maybe they annoyed God or did one evil or the other instead of reaching out to help as we would desire others to do for us. The same thing goes for prosperity, when the Lord opens a door for us and we have abundance of wealth or a breakthrough we expect others to rejoice with us, more so, some would even find it hard to give to others. What is our reaction when someone else gets this breakthrough, do we get suddenly suspicious without reason. Do we expect the person to reach out to us?
