OUR DREAMS

Deuteronomy 13:1

If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,


Your dream is that which leaps you to the next level, that which breeds and stimulates you to move on. 


For your visions and dreams are your ability to see with your mind. Selah


A lot of things have been taught and said about dreams and visions by our older brethren and later ministers and more would still come. However what we are interested in today is reviving lost dreams and avoiding swapping of instructions.


Why do dreams die and visions get swapped:


* How people feel about it:


Genesis 37:5

And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told [it] his brethren: and they hated him yet the more.


It is our dream therefore it doesn't have to appeal to everyone. Maybe to those who are meant to contribute to its success or those who are to be blessed by it.


* Delays:


Joseph had to wait long: from the pit, to slavery, to prison, and yet more delay.


Genesis 40:23

Yet did not the chief butler remember Joseph, but forgat him.


* Lack of preparation:


They say that success happens when opportunity meets preparation. God displays this to us in the life of many He blessed in scriptures, they went through the process.


1 Peter 5:10 NLT

In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation. 


The list goes on . . .


God will help us. By the power of our Heavenly Father I see stirred visions and dreams. I see a new wave of exploits. I see God working through us. No more failed dreams and visions, no more termination of goals instead we will do exploits.


Glory to God.


PRAYER

Loving Father by Your Spirit make my dreams and visions clear that I might run well. Having You lead my life makes all things fall into place and ensures that I am always a victor. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

DO YOU STILL SEE?

Habakkuk 2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, it will not tarry. It may have been easy when we first believed, to visualize the promises. We reach out with zeal, loving God, seeking to do exploits. DO UNTO OTHERS . . .

Matthew 7:12 "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. It is hypocritical of us to expect people to stand with us when we are experiencing challenges yet when we see others face their own challenges, we begin to imagine what they must have done wrong or maybe they annoyed God or did one evil or the other instead of reaching out to help as we would desire others to do for us. The same thing goes for prosperity, when the Lord opens a door for us and we have abundance of wealth or a breakthrough we expect others to rejoice with us, more so, some would even find it hard to give to others. What is our reaction when someone else gets this breakthrough, do we get suddenly suspicious without reason. Do we expect the person to reach out to us?
