DO NOT FORGET

Psalms 103:2 NLT

Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me.


Psalm 118:23

This is the LORD'S doing; it [is] marvellous in our eyes.


As we are about to round off this year. Do not forget that:


* we asked and we received


* we cried out in pain and He healed us


* we faced trouble and He took us out of it


* our family had issues and He stepped in and took control


* we lacked and He miraculously supplied.


* we feared death, but He has kept us.


* we sinned and He forgave us again and again.


* we were not that faithful, yet He was there for us.


The list is endless!


Deuteronomy 8:19

"Then it shall be, if you by any means forget the LORD your God, and follow other gods, and serve them and worship them, I testify against you this day that you shall surely perish.


It was that harsh then!


We cannot allow the present challenges to make us forget our victories. We have the victory, "yester-wins" is an assurance of "today and tomorrow wins".


That challenge would have to face your BIG God . . . it has no choice than to crumble.


Joshua 4:24

"that all the peoples of the earth may know the hand of the LORD, that it is mighty, that you may fear the LORD your God forever."


1Peter 5:6

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,


Our God is mighty, if you are His, then "victoria ascerta", no matter what it is you are faced with today.


It is well.


Rejoice, sing with melody in your heart. You have a BIG God.


It has been a year of fulfillment. You may not see it but it has been fulfilled. Glory to God.


Habakkuk 2:3 NLT

This vision is for a future time. It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled. If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed.


Give God praise for He has really been good to us through it all 


Glory to God.


PRAYER

Loving Father, I do not forget all You have done for me this year and even what You will yet bring to pass in this few days to end the Year. Thank You for the battles you have fought for me and even miracles, I may not be aware of them. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

DO UNTO OTHERS . . .

Matthew 7:12 "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. It is hypocritical of us to expect people to stand with us when we are experiencing challenges yet when we see others face their own challenges, we begin to imagine what they must have done wrong or maybe they annoyed God or did one evil or the other instead of reaching out to help as we would desire others to do for us. The same thing goes for prosperity, when the Lord opens a door for us and we have abundance of wealth or a breakthrough we expect others to rejoice with us, more so, some would even find it hard to give to others. What is our reaction when someone else gets this breakthrough, do we get suddenly suspicious without reason. Do we expect the person to reach out to us?
