STAY IN HIS ATMOSPHERE 2

Psalms 95:6

Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.


After the fall of man we see that there was the tendency of man to do his own things.


Also there was free access of satan and other spirit beings to manipulate the mind of man. Man never really knew who the enemy was.


We also observe that the flesh of man which was dead to God also longed for things which were not of God.


Yet through all these times we saw some special people who still sought after God they wanted to know their creator and desired to seek His atmosphere.


One remarkable man was Enoch who the bible said He sought so much of God that He became literally transferred from this atmosphere to the heavenly atmosphere.


Genesis 5:24

And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him


We could begin to list the great men and women who stood out from their generation to seek God and lived for Him.


Some heard of Him and wanted to know more, some decided that they would dedicate their life to being faithful to God, while others were taught in God's ways and they did not depart from it.


I am awed by these great people because they battled in the flesh yet they conquered. Do we talk of Noah, Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Job, David and Daniel.

These great men stood in faith killing their flesh that they may live a life pleasing to God.

They counted their flesh as nothing. They were people who dwelled in God's atmosphere.


One common glory about all these men is that they prospered eventually even while still on earth see what Jesus said:


Matthew 19:29

 "And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My name's sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit everlasting life.


John 12:25

"He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.


We must be in His atmosphere, if we do not, we get used to a false atmosphere and thereafter get comfortable in that shallow place. It could then take a hard torment or difficulty to wake us from our slumber and to bring us back to our maker.


I prefer to stay in God's atmosphere now. There is no better option.


Key elements of those in His presence are a life of prayer, worship and study of His word. However above all one great activity is meditation, involving talking with God in your Spirit man, this we do at any time and any place. That we may always be in His atmosphere.


Matthew 22:37

Jesus said to him, " 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.'


Remember many things battle for the attention of our mind but only one supersedes them all. That which will give rest to our soul!


Get into His atmosphere today and stay there, truly no other place is worth it.


Help us Good Lord.


PRAYER

Loving Father I dwell in the secret place of Your Most High I abide under the shadow of Your Almighty. Thank You for taking care of me. There is no one or anything that can take me away from Your presence. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

Remember: God is in control.

As we go through the 11th month of this year of accomplishment, let us be reminded. When it seems to hurt so much, or it all looks quiet and alone, when it appears not to work out. Please don't give up, God is still in control Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. My dear it is not about how you feel, and not about what it seems, it is about what He Has promised and He who promised is sure to keep His Word.
