PRAY WITH YOUR HEART
Exodus 28:29-30
“In this way, Aaron will carry the names of the tribes of Israel on the sacred chestpiece over his heart when he goes into the Holy Place. This will be a continual reminder that he represents the people when he comes before the lord.
Insert the Urim and Thummim into the sacred chestpiece so they will be carried over Aaron’s heart when he goes into the Lord’s presence. In this way, Aaron will always carry over his heart the objects used to determine the Lord’s will for his people whenever he goes in before the Lord.
When we read the old testament we should always remember:
Colossians 2:17
For these rules are only shadows of the reality yet to come. And Christ himself is that reality.
Also remember that Christ made all believers priests - the "religion" folks, do not like hearing this, however they can't be greater than Christ!
Listen:
Revelation 1:6
He has made us a Kingdom of priests for God his Father. All glory and power to him forever and ever! Amen.
Romans 12:1
And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.
1 Peter 2:9
But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.
Thus we understand that the priesthood of Aaron is a shadow of our own priesthood, we should also be prepared as he was.
The ephod and breastplate were to be on the heart of the priest, why?
Exodus 28:29-30
“In this way, Aaron will carry the names of the tribes of Israel on the sacred chestpiece over his heart when he goes into the Holy Place. This will be a continual reminder that he represents the people when he comes before the Lord.

We go into prayers with our heart. We don't just speak alone, we listen!
We listen with our heart to hear what instructions or directions the Lord gives to us. Prayer is a two-way communication and not a monologue.
We also carry the burden of those we intercede for in our hearts as we cry out to the Lord for them.
Always remember that the Lord is interested in your heart. You speak to confirm what is already established in your heart. Selah
1 Samuel 16:7
But the Lord said to Samuel, “Don’t judge by his appearance or height, for I have rejected him. The lord doesn’t see things the way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”
Your duty dear pastor, ministers, clergy (all titles included) is to bring the people's hearts to the Lord. If you get this right, you get everything right. Bring them to the Lord as Aaron brought the names of the tribes of Israel to the Lord's presence continually.
Your duty dear parents and elders is to bring your children to the Lord through prayers just as Aaron carried the names of the tribes of Israel as he entered the Lord's presence.
As we gather with other believers, as we gather in our homes or anywhere else, let us come with our heart, pure and ready to hear and receive from the Lord.
We will prevail in prayer and worship.
Help us Good Lord.
He calls us blessed.
Love
@the watcher
