GOD OF DELIVERANCE

Exodus 6:1-2,6

Then the Lord told Moses, “Now you will see what I will do to Pharaoh. When he feels the force of my strong hand, he will let the people go. In fact, he will force them to leave his land!”

And God said to Moses, “I am Yahweh—‘the Lord.’

“Therefore, say to the people of Israel: ‘I am the Lord. I will free you from your oppression and will rescue you from your slavery in Egypt. I will redeem you with a powerful arm and great acts of judgment.

When the Lord comes for you, there is no two way about it, no one can stop Him, He is God.

God has said He will deliver His people, He has said it, no need arguing about it, it will happen as He said!

He is God!

You can analyze, strategize, torment, try to frustrate, it is all a waste of time God will yet do His deliverance.

Never find yourself in a position where you are against what God wants to do, never, it is suicide.

We must remember that we are the ones restricted by time and space but God is not.

Christ said:

Matthew 19:26

Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible.”

We must put our trust in the Lord, He cannot fall.

1 Corinthians 3:19-21

For the wisdom of this world is foolishness to God. As the Scriptures say,

“He traps the wise in the snare of their own cleverness.”

And again,

“The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise; he knows they are worthless.”

So don’t boast about following a particular human leader. For everything belongs to you—

Though Pharaoh responded negatively and instead maltreated the people intensely, God yet told Moses and Aaron:

Exodus 6:11-13

“Go back to Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, and tell him to let the people of Israel leave his country.”

“But Lord!” Moses objected. “My own people won’t listen to me anymore. How can I expect Pharaoh to listen? I’m such a clumsy speaker!”

But the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron and gave them orders for the Israelites and for Pharaoh, the king of Egypt. The Lord commanded Moses and Aaron to lead the people of Israel out of Egypt.

Lamentations 3:37

Who can command things to happen without the Lord’s permission?

No one wins a battle against the Lord, it is impossible.

Psalms 2:4-5

But the one who rules in heaven laughs.

The Lord scoffs at them.

Then in anger he rebukes them,  terrifying them with his fierce fury.

Glory to God.

We put our trust in the Lord.

He calls us blessed.
