DON'T WASTE YOUR YEARS

Genesis 5:1-2,5

This is the written account of the descendants of Adam. When God created human beings, he made them to be like himself.

He created them male and female, and he blessed them and called them “human.”

Adam lived 930 years, and then he died.


Imagine we still had this number of years they had to live on this earth, will we make a difference or will we watch as the time rolls by.


David said:

Psalms 90:12

Teach us to realize the brevity of life, so that we may grow in wisdom.


We have some who lived few decades yet their impacts have travelled generations blessing us up till today, while some who lived longer have no testimony of impact. It is up to us to make the most of each day we are given on earth. We must understand that our eternity depends on it.


Romans 14:12

Yes, each of us will give a personal account to God.


If our lives on earth is read as a book, the way we read those recorded in scriptures, what will be the content?


Don't waste your life, hating, envying or backbiting others. When will you have time to fulfill your purpose?


Don't dwell on complaining or just being a pest to others, make impact.


Remember the One you will yet account to. 


Instead of worrying, pray, it will open your eyes to what the Lord has prepared for you, keep you from sin and give you victory over the enemies.


Remember, we are in the Father's image, we create and we do exploits.


Psalms 139:14

Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it.


Help us Lord to make the most of our time here.


He calls us blessed.

Remember: God is in control.

As we go through the 11th month of this year of accomplishment, let us be reminded. When it seems to hurt so much, or it all looks quiet and alone, when it appears not to work out. Please don't give up, God is still in control Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
