AFTER THE PROMISE
Genesis 8:6,10,12
After another forty days, Noah opened the window he had made in the boat
After waiting another seven days, Noah released the dove again.
He waited another seven days and then released the dove again. This time it did not come back.
When the Lord gives you a promise, you are expected to go to work, not just lay idly waiting for it's fulfilment.
Truly most of God's promises come with instructions. However, even when there seems to be no direct instruction, you continue in faithfulness, doing your work as the process leads to full manifestation.
Habakkuk 2:3
This vision is for a future time.
It describes the end, and it will be fulfilled.
If it seems slow in coming, wait patiently, for it will surely take place.
It will not be delayed.
In this popular verse in the book of Habakkuk, the wait does not mean idling about but believing and walking through the process.
The Lord tells you as a child: "I will make you a great doctor". The process includes you going through school, getting trained, reading books, dedication to study and research and even mentorship.
Mediocre is not acceptable with the Lord.
So what are the promises you have received from the Lord? How are you preparing for them?
Listen, the Lord will not release good things to you if you are not prepared to take good care of it. Selah
Luke 16:10
“If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities.
The Lord is about to remember you, It is time for promises to begin to come to pass, are you prepared?
He calls us blessed.
