UNDERSTANDING YOUR SALVATION ROLE - Part 3
Ephesians 1:17
That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
We believe, we begin to walk in love, we then seek to know our God.
That is why they continued in teaching.

Philippians 3:10
That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
The knowledge of God ought to fill our hearts day in, day out. This knowledge makes our love stronger and empowers us do His will. It takes knowledge of God to do exploits.
Daniel 11:32
And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do [exploits].
The problem the rebellious children of Israel had was that they did not know the God they served, they wanted to enjoy an inherited blessing but did not seek a relationship with the Father. Thus Jesus said to a sect "your father is the devil", cause they they did the works of satan.
Why is it difficult for you to evangelize, why do we have ceremonial congregations?
Do not grow in the knowledge of God?
YOU CANNOT TELL PEOPLE ABOUT SOMEONE YOU DO NOT KNOW!
Every church ought to continue teaching the finished work of Christ. The revelation of the Father. Selah!
John 1:18
No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared [him].
Ministers, who and what are you declaring? Selah
As believers are we growing in the knowledge of God?
1 John 2:13-14
I am writing to you who are mature in the faith because you know Christ, who existed from the beginning. I am writing to you who are young in the faith because you have won your battle with the evil one.
I have written to you who are God’s children because you know the Father. I have written to you who are mature in the faith because you know Christ, who existed from the beginning. I have written to you who are young in the faith because you are strong. God’s word lives in your hearts, and you have won your battle with the evil one.
May we grow in the knowledge of God.
