ENJOY YOUR NATURE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
1Peter 3:12
For the eyes of the Lord [are] over the righteous, and his ears [are open] unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord [is] against them that do evil.
There are some who still feel that the wicked are having a filled day. They say, "What has this my righteous living and good works gained me?", "Why do I discipline myself, why don't I just let it go? ".
The truth is, if you are of God, righteousness is your nature, it is the display of the spirit that you have, it shows who rules in you.
Romans 6:16
Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
So it is up to the believer to live the nature he has been given, the nature of righteousness, that is God's seed in him:
1 John 3:9
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
1 John 3:10
In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
Thus we then bear the fruits from that seed:
Galatians 5:22 & 23
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Never envy a man who has lost his conscience, that man is a disaster, a walking dead!
This nature of righteousness, is our victory over the world. When Christ gave us this nature he did not change the world, no, the world remaineth evil, we are the ones who changed.
1 John 5:19
[And] we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.
So, do not feel you are chocking yourself, NO, to live the life you have been given is wise, and you save yourself, your soul and all those who hear/watch you.
1Peter 3:13 & 14
And who [is] he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?
But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy [are ye]: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled;
1John 5:18
We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
Don't be deceived, the enemy can do you no harm, you are God's own, he dare not. He would play with our mind, but we resist him and we thus focus on Him who gave us life. We are more than conquerours.
Glory to God, we are born of righteousness, our nature is of God. We win both here now on earth and further to eternity. Halleluyah! The enemy has nothing in us.
1John 5:20
And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, [even] in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
As we continue in this nature of God, living by His Word and Spirit, we are blessed beyond measure, we are saved. Glory to God!
Enjoy the life of God in you. Live in this victory.
