Questions keep raging in our hearts over different issues, we want answers and very well we do
2Timothy 3:16-17
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
The word of God still remain potent and keeps us in tune with what the Father says.
The Holy Spirit gives us deep interpretation and also the wisdom to apply.
A believer who is conversant with the word of God would easily understand what God says at each point in time.
When Jesus arose and read the scripture prophesying about Himself, he said that the scriptures were fufilled in the presence of the people.
Luke 4:21
And He began to say to them, "Today this Scripture is fulfilled in your hearing."
Your constant study of the bible will give substance to the revelation the Holy Spirit interpretes to you.
John 14:26
"But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
You can only remember what you have read.
Wisdom is application of knowledge.
Let us get used to the bible, it contains the scriptures. That we may have knowledge by which divine wisdom is displayed.
Joshua 1:8
"This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
When you are conversant with God's word in the scriptures. You know which voice speaking at anytime is from God and by the power of the Holy Spirit, which is meant for you.
Have you studied the scriptures today?
Prayer: Lord feed me with your word daily. May I never miss your voice, may I always know what you say. Thank you for your Holy Spirit, thank you for your love.
