LOVE (a reminder)

LOVE

The greatest motivation should be love.

Many serve God for fear of hell fire. Many avoid sin for fear of the repercussion of the law.

But the first and summary of all commandments is LOVE.

Joshua 23:11
 "Therefore take diligent heed to yourselves, that you love the LORD your God.

Deuteronomy 6:5
"You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might.

Deuteronomy 11:13
'And it shall be that if you diligently obey My commandments which I command you today, to love the LORD your God and serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul,

Matthew 22:37
Jesus said to him, " 'You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.'

Matthew 22:40
"On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."

God reached out to us through Love and He expects us to reach out to Him and to others through love. When every other thing fails and passes away Love will be the remaining force.

John 3:16
 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

No matter what you do let Love be the driving force.

In another way, love what you do that it may produce good fruit to those you serve and to you.

1Corinthians 13:3
And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.

Religion without love is a wasted effort because God looks out for love.

NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, ACHIEVE OR HOW FAR YOU GET IN THIS LIFE, PLEASE NEVER LET YOUR LOVE GO COLD.

God in you is evident in Love.

1John 4:7-9
 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God
 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.

I see you rise above the evil and deceit of this world.
 I see you showing God's nature as Love motivates your great accomplishments and achievements this year.

Remember: God is in control.

As we go through the 11th month of this year of accomplishment, let us be reminded. When it seems to hurt so much, or it all looks quiet and alone, when it appears not to work out. Please don't give up, God is still in control Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
