WE LOVE? Talking of love! There are many stories and definition of Love. Yet the greatest of all is the one of Him who is above all things and from whom all things have their origin. He is the one who made us, "human" come to existence. He is Yaweh the Jehovah, God the Almighty. 1John 4:8  He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. God is love but His love is not an abstract one, His love made Him sacrifice His Son for us, that His blood will cleanse us from all sin, and then grant us the right to be children of God. 1John 4:9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. God loves us, in return what does He expect from us. Simple -  to love Him also. He even commanded it. MISPLACED RESPONSE( a reminder) God loves us, He expects us to submit to Him. James 4:7  (GNB) So then, submit yourselves to God. Resist the Devil, and he will run away from you. GOD AND MONEY Money has been from time a means of exchange from its value in silver and gold till when we had the copper coins and then the paper legal tender. Any thing accepted as a means of exchange can be termed 'money' We could easily be swayed by the concept "money" forgetting that it is not about the money but what it can buy. For any spiritual being there is an understanding that money has its spirit, just like power and fame. It therefore could intoxicate, derail and still be a blessing. Luke 16:14  Now the Pharisees, who were lovers of money, also heard all these things, and they derided Him. Luke 16:13 No man may be a servant to two masters: for he will have hate for the one and love for the other; or he will keep to the one and have no respect for the other. GIVE THANKS As we awake to a new week, let us remember: 1Thessalonians 5:18 "in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." Remember that it is because you are alive that you can complain or make requests. Before anything else give thanks to God for giving you life and for giving His Son "Yeshua, Jesus the Christ" in whom He has allowed all things to dwell.  Colossians 2:9  "For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily;" If you have Jesus you have everything. Before anything else daily my friend, give thanks. Romans 8:32  "He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?" What do you have? 1Corinthians 4:7  For who makes you differ from another? And what do you have that you did not receive? Now if you did indeed receive it, why do you glory as if you had not received it? What we have at the "now" may not look as a big deal to us at the moment. However we need to remember that some seek it and yet do not have it. We cannot afford to be blinded by the desire for more so much as not to appreciate that which we have now. We  must be able to use what we have (already) been given. Let us remember that we will give account of all that we have been given and that Luke 12:48b  . . . Revelation 12:10  Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, "Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. I remember ministering some years ago at a youth convention and I was led to comment on the "accuser of the brethren". This role was where the enemy "satan" was placed. It is terrible when we place ourselves in this position or become an assistance to him. Accusation is intended to bring the other down, it is different from, correction.
