WE ARE FAMILY

Ephesians 1:5

God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.


We have family! we become a member of this family, because of Grace that came from God to a people whom He created for Himself.


What happened at the beginning, when man fell?


 Man chose to test the other side thinking it was freedom, but alas no, it was to sell the birthright to the one who envied the man and wanted to see him fall.


Genesis 3:1

Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the woman, "Has God indeed said, 'You shall not eat of every tree of the garden'?"


Revelation 20:2(NLT)

He seized the dragon—that old serpent, who is the devil, Satan—and bound him in chains for a thousand years.


Man was created independent with power to choose and to have dominion over all creatures and things created. Yet needed to be sustained by a power because he was a spirit being and was created to draw life from God's Spirit.


Genesis 2:7

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

Man lost it when he succumbed to the devil's tricks and wanted to be like God, just as he, the devil tried to do.


The same applies today to anyone who rejects God!


Isaiah 46:9

Remember the things I have done in the past. For I alone am God! I am God, and there is none like me.


One difference though, no redemption for the devil.


Man had redemption!


Why, he had a body of flesh and as long as he had a perishable body there was hope for him, he could do something about his spirit before he died. He could receive life.


Genesis 3:22

Then the LORD God said, "Behold, the man has become like one of Us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever"--


Hebrews 9:27

And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment,


If man had dared to eat off that tree after his death there would have been no hope for us!


Oh God really loved us!!!


To give us redemption God allowed His Word that is His Son, that is His bodily form to come to save man that we could be part of His family again. An extension of Himself.


John 3:16

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.


As many that have believed and received life through God's Word, Yeshua, Jesus the Christ, has become family and has received life, with direct access to the Father. Glory to God.


Hebrews 4:16

Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.


If you have been born again let no one put you in any form of bondage anymore!


If you are yet to receive Him, please what are you waiting for?


There is no odd time to be saved except when there is no more time.


Matthew 25:13

“So you, too, must keep watch! For you do not know the day or hour of my return.


You are family with God the Almighty. LIVE THE LIFE!


Glory to God!!!


PRAYER

Loving Father thank You for making me family. Help me Lord to live faithfully like You in all I think, say or do. I am royalty therefore I receive all its benefits today. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

DO UNTO OTHERS . . .

Matthew 7:12 "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. It is hypocritical of us to expect people to stand with us when we are experiencing challenges yet when we see others face their own challenges, we begin to imagine what they must have done wrong or maybe they annoyed God or did one evil or the other instead of reaching out to help as we would desire others to do for us. The same thing goes for prosperity, when the Lord opens a door for us and we have abundance of wealth or a breakthrough we expect others to rejoice with us, more so, some would even find it hard to give to others. What is our reaction when someone else gets this breakthrough, do we get suddenly suspicious without reason. Do we expect the person to reach out to us?
