WE NEED TO GROW

Genesis 1:28

And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it:


The need to grow is built into everyone, that is how God made us. He instructed us to grow.  Every living thing He created, was authorized to grow including plants and animals alike.


The question is "Are we growing"? "Are we fruitful?"


The growth should be in body, mind, intellect, finance, ministry, character, maturity, education, career, the list goes on.


Most importantly grow in our relationship with God.


2Peter 3:18

But grow in grace, and [in] the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him [be] glory both now and for ever. Amen.


As we continue in 2025 there is a need for us to confirm that we are willing to grow, God will always help when we do His will.


How do we know that we are growing?


We ask the following questions:


* How is my relationship with God this year compared to the previous year?


* Do I lead my family in prayer, is my family alter strong?


* What is my financial status, am I in debt?


* Who and what have I invested in? Do I have living proof that I have invested or is it only my bank account that reflects this?


* What are my habits and daily routines, have they improved?


* Have I built integrity and efficiency, can I be relied on to get the work done?


* What is the report I have at home, school, work, church or in the media (most likely social media)?


God wants us all to grow that is why He even instructed us to. However our body grows naturally, the mental and spiritual part of us would only grow to the extent we feed them.


2Corinthians 9:8

And God [is] able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all [things], may abound to every good work:


So friends, GROW. I will grow, O help me Good Lord.


This will be a great and healing week for you. That waiting time is over, receive today.


PRAYER

Thank You Heavenly Father for the grace of growth. Help me grow daily in all positive areas, and let every negative be deleted from me. I surrender to Your nurturing that I may grow into what You want me to be. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

DO UNTO OTHERS . . .

Matthew 7:12 "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. It is hypocritical of us to expect people to stand with us when we are experiencing challenges yet when we see others face their own challenges, we begin to imagine what they must have done wrong or maybe they annoyed God or did one evil or the other instead of reaching out to help as we would desire others to do for us. The same thing goes for prosperity, when the Lord opens a door for us and we have abundance of wealth or a breakthrough we expect others to rejoice with us, more so, some would even find it hard to give to others.
