REMEMBER THAT GOD IS IN CONTROL

Psalms 24:1

The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it. 

The world and all its people belong to him.


The world has a system in place and we have people, powers and groups that control various parts of the system. Yes God designed the world to be controlled by man, but after the fall the enemy and the fallen ones had control and easily manipulated man. This is why we have a corrupted system.


Yet in all of these the Heavenly Father is ultimately the owner and controller of all things!


It is for us to look unto Him to receive power to conquer the system to fulfil our purpose. We have examples of many in scriptures who conquered because they put their trust in the Lord.


Isaiah 40:31

But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. 

They will soar high on wings like eagles. 

They will run and not grow weary. 

They will walk and not faint.


The most powerful king in the world at one time experienced God's power and he had to confess what the watchers decreed:


Daniel 4:17,37

For this has been decreed by the messengers; it is commanded by the holy ones, 

so that everyone may know that the Most High rules over the kingdoms of the world. 

He gives them to anyone he chooses— even to the lowliest of people.”

“Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and glorify and honor the King of heaven. All his acts are just and true, and he is able to humble the proud.”


Listen what you may be experiencing this season may not be the best but know this:


When it seems to hurt so much, or it all looks quiet and alone, when it appears not to work out. Please don't give up, God is still in control


Hebrews 11:6

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.


My dear it is not about how you feel, and not about what it seems, it is about what He Has promised and He who promised is sure to keep His Word.


Jeremiah 29:11

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.


Jeremiah 29:12

"Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you."

God is in control and His plans

for you are good. He has already done it.


Romans 4:21

"and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform."


God is able, there is nothing that surpasses Him. All the desires requests and burdens of all humanity are weightless to Him. There is nothing we can think of that is too hard for Him.


This is why He always says _ "Come"


Matthew 11:28

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.


There is nothing He cannot take of, as long as He is willing He will do it.


Matthew 8:2-3

Suddenly, a man with leprosy approached him and knelt before him. “Lord,” the man said, “if you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean.”

Jesus reached out and touched him. “I am willing,” he said. “Be healed!” And instantly the leprosy disappeared.


He is able, is not the contention, it is the willing that matters. Selah 


So know that God is in control. 


Is He in control of Your life or have you given control to yourself, another human (no matter their title), to a group, carnal things or the enemy?


Give God full control that He will take You to greater heights.


Glory to God forevermore.


PRAYER

Loving Father I give You full control of my life, take charge and lead me continually. All I need are too small for You to do. Bless and keep me pure, holy and fruitful for You. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

DO UNTO OTHERS . . .

Matthew 7:12 "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. It is hypocritical of us to expect people to stand with us when we are experiencing challenges yet when we see others face their own challenges, we begin to imagine what they must have done wrong or maybe they annoyed God or did one evil or the other instead of reaching out to help as we would desire others to do for us. The same thing goes for prosperity, when the Lord opens a door for us and we have abundance of wealth or a breakthrough we expect others to rejoice with us, more so, some would even find it hard to give to others. What is our reaction when someone else gets this breakthrough, do we get suddenly suspicious without reason. Do we expect the person to reach out to us?
