BE THE FAITHFUL ONE

Proverbs 20:6

Most men will proclaim each his own goodness, but who can find a faithful man?


Man was not created to be alone, we were meant to be with others.


Not an Island but a forest.


So you may not be able to control the people that surround you.


What do you do then?


The key is faithfulness!


Many fear because of the betrayal of trust and unfaithfulness from people they have leaned on.


The mind of God still surpasses our fears and doubts.


No matter what happens, God expects us to remain faithful, to be that good neighbour and that faithful friend.


Remember that though the whole world fails, you are already a winner in Jesus the Christ. Who won the victory.


As we go about our work today. Be that faithful one, you are never alone, God always has His selected few, who are always faithful.


Luke 18:8 NLT

I tell you, he will grant justice to them quickly! But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?” 


God sees you and He will always be Faithful to you.


2Thessalonians 3:13

But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary in doing good.


Galatians 6:9-10

And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.


No matter what people do, do not change who you are. You are of God's character by default if you are born again. The misbehaviour of others should not make you become less but even make you better.


They failed, you did not. They messed up but you remain clean. They would carry the bitterness, pain and repercussions while you enjoy peace, God's blessings and good rewards. Selah


You are God's own, live that way, don't let anyone soil you or steal your glory. Do not be deceived by their enticing words or mockery 


Be that faithful one.


Help us Holy Spirit.


PRAYER

Loving Father, keep me faithful to You and to all showing forth Your nature. The atmosphere, environment or behaviour of people would not break me, but Your love will keep making me. I stay faithful. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

DO UNTO OTHERS . . .

Matthew 7:12 "Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets. It is hypocritical of us to expect people to stand with us when we are experiencing challenges yet when we see others face their own challenges, we begin to imagine what they must have done wrong or maybe they annoyed God or did one evil or the other instead of reaching out to help as we would desire others to do for us. The same thing goes for prosperity, when the Lord opens a door for us and we have abundance of wealth or a breakthrough we expect others to rejoice with us, more so, some would even find it hard to give to others. What is our reaction when someone else gets this breakthrough, do we get suddenly suspicious without reason. Do we expect the person to reach out to us?
