SAFE IN GOD'S HANDS

1Peter 5:7

casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

John 15:7

But if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want, and it will be granted!

As we go on in this last month of the third quarter of this year, it is apt that we remind ourselves that it is God's grace that keeps us going, as we continue with our work this week, we believe God's caring hand, as a loving Father that He is, is there to carry us on. No matter the challenges and uncertainties, He will guide us through to victory. Halleluyah.

He promised and His promise will not fail, for those who put their trust in Him are never disappointed.

Psalm 18:30

As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the LORD is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.

So what we have to do is to cast our cares on Him. How do we do this? Listen to the preceding and the after verses:

1Peter 5:6

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,

* humility

1Peter 5:8

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.

* Be sober, be watchful

Most times we get carried away with pride, carelessness or get drunk with alcohol, emotions or ego then we falter and then wonder what happened. Why did God not help us?

He did but we fought against His help. We were doing our own thing with no consciousness of Him.

That will not be our portion this week and beyond as the Lord makes everything fall into place for us.

We will stay submitted to him and be watchful.

So help us Good Lord.

Remember in His arms is the true safety, there is no safer place anywhere else.

Glory!

PRAYER

Loving Father, I dwell in the secret place of Your Most High and I abide under the shadow of Your Almighty, keep me safe Lord may I not derail to the wrong place. I win because I am in You Lord. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.

He calls us blessed.

Love
