YET GIVE GOD GLORY

Revelation 4:11

Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

1 Thessalonians 5:18

Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.

Looking around through the recent years:

Yes. . .

* We have requests

* We have some things bothering us

* We have a big project, job or assignment on our hands needing to be completed

* There may be an issue in the family

* We may need a financial provision urgently

* There may be someone who needs healing

* We may have a matter to settle or an issue to resolve

* Someone may have hurt or annoyed us

* We await news, or wait for a report

* We just want to free from all the burdens

. . . .yes and maybe others not mentioned.

You may be tempted to give up or just stop trusting God.

Notwithstanding, today we need to lay them all aside and just acknowledge Him who made us to see today, give Him praise, worship Him, give Him thanks . . .

Be reminded that all those things only matter because you are alive!

Know that they have arisen before in a different proportion and God had helped you scale through it.

So,

Let us set today aside to recognise Him who made all things and who controls all things.

Revelation 7:12

saying: "Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, thanksgiving and honor and power and might, be to our God forever and ever. Amen."

Romans 16:27

to God, alone wise, be glory through Jesus Christ forever. Amen.

You know He can take care of it . . . He promised He will

2Corinthians 1:20

For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.

My friends let us say like David

Psalm 30:12

To the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks to You forever.

Those things that bother you now are nothing compared to the battle He is currently taking care of on Your behalf.

If only our eyes are opened like He did to Elisha's servant:

2 Kings 6:14-17

So one night the king of Aram sent a great army with many chariots and horses to surround the city.

When the servant of the man of God got up early the next morning and went outside, there were troops, horses, and chariots everywhere. “Oh, sir, what will we do now?” the young man cried to Elisha.

“Don’t be afraid!” Elisha told him. “For there are more on our side than on theirs!”

Then Elisha prayed, “O Lord, open his eyes and let him see!” The Lord opened the young man’s eyes, and when he looked up, he saw that the hillside around Elisha was filled with horses and chariots of fire.

Our Glory in God will be revealed afresh.

So,

Let us worship Him today starting from our bed side.

Know this:

Lamentations 3:22-23

The faithful love of the Lord never ends!

His mercies never cease.

Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.

Don't lose hope instead, encourage someone else today.

May the peace of the Lord be with us all.

PRAYER

Lord I believe, remove all my unbelief, proof Yourself again and again in my life. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.

He says all is well.

He calls us blessed.

Love
