THE UNDERLINING REASON

As Samson and his parents were going down to Timnah, a young lion suddenly attacked Samson near the vineyards of Timnah.

At that moment the Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon him, and he ripped the lion’s jaws apart with his bare hands. He did it as easily as if it were a young goat. But he didn’t tell his father or mother about it.

It is a disadvantage to go about in this world limited by the natural events or physical appearances of things, the happenings are more than that.

There is always an underlying influence to all events and actions.

Take a moment to meditate on this, almost all your actions are pre-meditated, they do not always manifest in line with what you have as an intent, thus, others do not see the underlining motive except you who have plotted it.

The same way things we see happening in the physical most times have an underlining motive and it takes great wisdom or divine unction to decide what the orchestrator intended.

As believers we have a succour, Jesus lives in us by God's Spirit and if we allow Him guide us we cannot be caught negatively in any manipulation.

Manoah and his wife would have wondered what had made their Nazarite son to begin to desire a woman from the enemy's camp.

This is why as believers we dwell in prayer, study of the word and worship, the three elements that keep us in His presence stirring up the Holy Spirit we received when we were saved.

Scriptures says concerning this Spirit:

Ephesians 1:13 (kjv)

In whom ye also [trusted], after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

The essence is that we will not be caught up in situations, but we will be kept and led by God's Spirit to be on the winning side of all events.

Just as scriptures says, no situation is big, cunning or overwhelming enough to take us away from the love of God.

Romans 8:37-39

No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.

And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love.

No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

You may not understand the times, or the underlining orchestration of events, but abiding in the Lord's presence You have safety and all will work for your good.

PRAYER

Thank You Heavenly Father for I may not know much but I know that I am safe in the secret place of Your Most High. All things work together for my good for I am continually in Your presence and You dwell in me by Your Holy Spirit. Glory, I am a winner. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.
