TAKE ACTION

Joshua 18:2-3

But there remained seven tribes who had not yet been allotted their grants of land.

Then Joshua asked them, “How long are you going to wait before taking possession of the remaining land the Lord, the God of your ancestors, has given to you?


It is one thing to receive the promise, it is another to hear instructions concerning the promise and yet another to TAKE ACTION.


Taking action is where most people fail. You have prayed long, studied the word to get full clarification, however, unless you take action nothing happens.


Imagine Noah receiving the instructions concerning the ark and did not start building. What of Abraham receiving the instruction concerning relocating, what if he did not not take action?


Moses received instructions, he took action for all his excuses were dispelled by God, for God had taken care of it.


It got to a time God had to command him to move.


Exodus 14:15

Then the Lord said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me? Tell the people to get moving!


Joshua asked the remaining seven tribes:


"  . . . How long are you going to wait before taking possession of the remaining land the Lord, the God of your ancestors, has given to you?


Do you hear God asking you the same today?


How long will you remain in that situation. Is it not time to take action?


Listen if you are not clear about it, begin to ask the Lord today. However, you must be patient enough to listen so as to know when to take action.


While God lived with us here on earth in Christ Jesus, He was always on the move. He knew the essence of time, so He didn't waste it.


John 14:31

but I will do what the Father requires of me, so that the world will know that I love the Father. Come, let’s be going.


Don't you think it is time to move? To take that next step, to move to the next level, next assignment.


There are some of us still holding on to bad characters and habits that we have to let go of, they might very well be the weight that keeps us down.


You may be fit in the physical body but sick in the spirit. Receive your healing today!


No one may be holding you down, you may very well be your own obstacle.


As you pray today, ask God what action(s) you need to take today, this week, this month or this year.


You have been in so many programs, crusade, online spiritual activities, when will you begin to give to your generation, even in your household, what is your spiritual impact?


When will you arise and begin to do? It is not only about asking, asking and asking, when do you begin to give?


Child of God, take action!


Fight fear, laziness, procrastinations and distractions. Stop leaning on man. Lean on God.


We arise today, we take action.


So help us Good Lord.


PRAYER 

Loving Father, raise me up with Your Mighty Right Hand, make it clear to me and cause me to take those good actions today. You are interested in the branches that bear fruit to prune us to bear more fruit, here am I Lord, make me fruitful, I submit totally to You Dear Lord. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.


He calls us blessed.

Remember: God is in control.

As we go through the 11th month of this year of accomplishment, let us be reminded. When it seems to hurt so much, or it all looks quiet and alone, when it appears not to work out.
