OVERFLOW

Joshua 19:9

Their allocation of land came from part of what had been given to Judah because Judah’s territory was too large for them. So the tribe of Simeon received an allocation within the territory of Judah.

When the Lord brings to pass His promises they come in an overflow, for think of it, there is nothing that we can ever desire that the Lord cannot take care of.

Jeremiah 32:27

“I am the Lord, the God of all the peoples of the world. Is anything too hard for me?

See how God looks at us, before man was created, all he needed to have a good life was provided for Him, even companionship was taken care of. It is God's pleasure for us to have peace and be full of joy.

The problem came when man disobeyed.

The focus is shifted, because true love is to save man's soul!

Jesus said:

Mark 8:36

And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul?

For man died because of sin. Therefore, the most important thing is to get life back before anything else matters. This is why Christ had to come to die, to pay the price and resurrect, to give us victory.

Yes, we will overflow but not just in physical things but more importantly in life!

Jesus said again:

John 10:10b

My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.

When you have life then all other things will have a meaning. They are the additional package.

Read this,

Genesis 2:7-10

Then the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils, and the man became a living person.

Then the Lord God planted a garden in Eden in the east, and there he placed the man he had made.

The Lord God made all sorts of trees grow up from the ground—trees that were beautiful and that produced delicious fruit. In the middle of the garden he placed the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

A river flowed from the land of Eden, watering the garden and then dividing into four branches.

You see God gave man life first before putting him in the place of overflow (abundance).

Hear Christ again:

Matthew 6:33

Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.

The overflow is promised, however, the prosperity of your soul is more important.

Look at the perfect allocation the children of Israel conquered by God's power, did they sustain it over the years? No!

As we speak today, they live less than what their blessings should carry, being scattered all over the world, while those who identify as Jews in the small city called Israel today, yet fight for land space.

The soul must prosper first. By submitting fully to God, then the overflow can come in and be sustained by His power.

I chose life today and only Christ Jesus, Yeshua Hamaschiac can give it.

John 14:6

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

O help us Good Lord.

PRAYER

Dear Loving Father cause me to prosper even as my soul prospers. Let me overflow in Your abundance of life, that which is eternal and consequently let me prosper in this land of the living. I am Yours Lord and all is well with me. Glory to Your name Lord forevermore.

He calls us blessed.
