VICTORY WILL COME WITH BATTLE

Exodus 5:22-23

Then Moses went back to the Lord and protested, “Why have you brought all this trouble on your own people, Lord? Why did you send me?

Ever since I came to Pharaoh as your spokesman, he has been even more brutal to your people. And you have done nothing to rescue them!”

When there is a promised victory, don't be surprised by the battle.

Jesus said:

John 16:33

I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”

The battle you are facing is a sign of the victory you are about to celebrate. You must see beyond the obstacle.

Understand that as a believer every obstacle stands as a distraction, you must not lose focus of the goal.

Pastor Adeyemi said: (paraphrased) "Never focus your mind on the trees (obstacle) that it does not become your target, focus on the target instead".

There will always be challenges, don't dwell on them see beyond them to the victory.

When the Lord says "Go", He must have taken care of the obstacles, you need faith to surge ahead. That is why scripture says:

Hebrews 11:6

And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.

You cannot walk with God, if you don't have faith. Faith removes fear.

That is why we see again and again in scriptures:

"Do not be afraid . . .".

Moses brought the message of deliverance to the children of Israel who were in bondage, the initial request brought more suffering to them.

The oppressor seemed to be an insurmountable foe. They cried and cursed at Moses and Aaron.

We shouldn't be that way, what we need to do is to focus on the author of our message, the Heavenly Father Himself, for no power can stop His plans, what He says He will do, trust that He will.

John 3:31

“He has come from above and is greater than anyone else. We are of the earth, and we speak of earthly things, but he has come from heaven and is greater than anyone else.

Ephesians 4:6

one God and Father of all,

who is over all, in all, and living through all.

God is much bigger than who or whatever is an oppressor to us, when the Lord comes for us, they will bow and submit for His hand is surely powerful to deliver.

2 Timothy 4:18

Yes, and the Lord will deliver me from every evil attack and will bring me safely into his heavenly Kingdom. All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.

Glory to God.

Don't let the battle bring you down, arise in victory for the Lord is on your side.

We win.

He calls us blessed.

Love
