DON'T BE THE EVIL ONE

Exodus 2:2,15

The woman became pregnant and gave birth to a son. She saw that he was a special baby and kept him hidden for three months.

And sure enough, Pharaoh heard what had happened, and he tried to kill Moses. But Moses fled from Pharaoh and went to live in the land of Midian.When Moses arrived in Midian, he sat down beside a well.

We see the evil and wickedness in these Pharaoh's hearts, we wonder how they refused to learn the true history and the records of the story of the Israelites.

But wait, are we any better? 

When we practice racism, tribalism and all other vices of hatred.

The root of all these evils is fear! 

Fear of what?

Fear of an illusion, an assumption a mere mirage!

Did the children of Israel have any evil thought or intentions against Pharaoh? The answer is NO!

Exodus 1:9-10

He said to his people, “Look, the people of Israel now outnumber us and are stronger than we are.

We must make a plan to keep them from growing even more. If we don’t, and if war breaks out, they will join our enemies and fight against us. Then they will escape from the country.”

Can you read someone's intention, have they made any threat. How then do you assume that they are against you.

While Pharaoh in Joseph's time benefitted from the rich wisdom and anointing on Joseph's head, these recent Pharaoh's were busy imagining evil things of the Israelites. Hatred is a curse! It makes humans become less than animals.

Hatred eats up the one that harbours it, blocks their prayers and make them think and do foolish and disgusting things.

Run from it!

Spread love instead of hate!

Don't be an agent of Satan, don't carry out his works.

Many are shouting in supposed spiritual programs, crusades, and prayer meetings but their hearts are full of evil thoughts. What an irony! What a farce!

1 Corinthians 13:4-5

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud

or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged.

Ask yourself: what Spirit do I really carry?

Romans 12:17-18

Never pay back evil with more evil. Do things in such a way that everyone can see you are honorable.

Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone.

May we never be an evil to someone else, may we never receive evil from others.

When people pray Jesus' prayer:

Lead us not into temptation and deliver us from all evil . . .

Are you included in that prayer? Are you someone God needs to deliver another from? It is so easy to point accusing fingers at others, playing the victim. Are you sure you are not actually the culprit?

Many have heard from spiritual contractors that this person or that person is after them. They make them do this fast or that fast, this prayers or that prayers, pay money or even do rituals. However they never tell them the truth. "You are your own enemy and you are the threat to yourself!"

May the Lord deliver us from foolishness which breeds hatred and ofcourse wickedness. May God's love fill our heart.

When it is so, we can claim His promises, one of them is:

Isaiah 54:17

But in that coming day no weapon turned against you will succeed. 

You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you. 

These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the Lord; their vindication will come from me. I, the Lord, have spoken!

Stop fighting imaginary battles and focus on your purpose, fulfil your God given goals. Make an impact to your world. Wake up!
