MAKE YOUR IMPACT
Genesis 10:1,5
This is the account of the families of Shem, Ham, and Japheth, the three sons of Noah. Many children were born to them after the great flood.
Their descendants became the seafaring peoples that spread out to various lands, each identified by its own language, clan, and national identity.
When you go through the descendants in a genealogy, you get to a point when you have to stop. That point in the lineage is when someone leaves the norm to redefine things either good or bad.
To be great you have to grow out of childish sentiments such as tribe, race, language, religion or even traditions to do exploits.
In the church, there is actually one family, however the above sentiments and other sentiments, keep the supposed believers locked away from the glory of God.
Ephesians 4:3-6
Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace.
For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future.
There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism,
one God and Father of all,
who is over all, in all, and living through all.
We must step out of the norm that enslave us to live the fulfilled life we have in Christ Jesus. The same way you step out of the societal norm to be able to make an impact to your world.
So the question is:
Will we just be mentioned in the long list of a lineage, or will we cause a pause that our great story will be told?
We have believers who have empty files in the heavenly database, while we have those whose file keep being updated with good records, though they have physically left the earth.
Do you have what will keep blessing lives even after you are gone, or are you just existing for the moment?
Think about it!
Then pray!
Help us Good Lord.
He calls us blessed.
Love
