BE ENCOURAGED

 Proverbs 12:25

Worry weighs a person down; an encouraging word cheers a person up.

We cannot underscore the role of encouragement in the life of the believer, for we are still humans and things do arise to make us doubt.

We could get tired of a thing because it seems to delay, we feel betrayed or we are just tired. Our emotions can really be a stumbling block.

So, scriptures counsels us:

Hebrews 10:25

And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.

Most people quote this verse and feel it is just says "go to church" but read again:

Hebrews 10:25

Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some [is]; but exhorting [one another]: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

The essence of the gathering is - "but exhorting", "but encourage"

If your gathering does not do this, then something is wrong somewhere!

That push, the reminder of God's promises in scriptures, that correction, that worship of Him, reminding us who He is, what He has done and what He yet has in store for us.

It will wake us up fresh, removing the weight of unbelief and worries and bring us to the light of our breakthrough. Then prayers, that turns things around, clearing obstacles and allowing God's blessings to flow.

Listen every venture even in the secular faces it's downtime, when it seems it is just not working, slow or crashing down, it takes that leader, or supporter of faith to encourage, to believe that things will yet work out for the success to be achieved.

Talk to all those you admire and look up to, their story was not all smooth.

Get up, move on, stop relying merely on man, even if they are of all sincerity, they are not omnipotent, they to have their challenges.

Most times our worry does not allow us listen to God's instruction. He might want us to stop, wait or take another turn. We must clear the airwaves and our heart to be able to hear.

God is able.

Remember where your help comes from:

Psalms 121:1-2

I look up to the mountains— does my help come from there?

My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth!

So instead of worrying, PRAY!

This remains theory, till you practice it and make it your norm - I am still working on it!

Matthew 6:25-34

Help us Good Lord.

He calls us blessed.
