TEST THE SPIRIT

1 John 4:3

But if someone claims to be a prophet and does not acknowledge the truth about Jesus, that person is not from God. Such a person has the spirit of the Antichrist, which you heard is coming into the world and indeed is already here.

There are spirits that manifest on the earth, their purpose is not of the Heavenly Father but of the enemy, this is why we must test all spirits.

1 John 4:1

Dear friends, do not believe everyone who claims to speak by the Spirit. You must test them to see if the spirit they have comes from God. For there are many false prophets in the world.

These spirits have religions, sects, believes etc, attached to them, some have grown so popular and powerful that many have accepted them to be the truth.

Now listen - there is only one truth! He alone could claim it.

John 14:6

Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

Thus, Christ Jesus is the test for every spirit to know which is of the Heavenly Father and which is not:

1 John 4:2-3

This is how we know if they have the Spirit of God: If a person claiming to be a prophet acknowledges that Jesus Christ came in a real body, that person has the Spirit of God.

But if someone claims to be a prophet and does not acknowledge the truth about Jesus, that person is not from God. Such a person has the spirit of the Antichrist, which you heard is coming into the world and indeed is already here.

It is that simple, any spirit that denies the truth about Christ Jesus is not of the Heavenly Father.

So someone would ask who is Christ? 

John 1:1-5

In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God.

He existed in the beginning with God.

God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him.

The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone.

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.

So, some religions would claim to know Him as a prophet, some sects would claim to know Him as a way to the Heavenly Father but He is more than all that:

Some religion will ask you, when did Christ say that He was God and that people should worship Him? The truth is that many have been blinded by the antichrist spirits, these spirits control religions, for religion is man-made it is salvation that is God-made. Why do you think Christ was killed?

Listen:

John 10:24-25,28-31,33

The people surrounded him and asked, “How long are you going to keep us in suspense? If you are the Messiah, tell us plainly.”

Jesus replied, “I have already told you, and you don’t believe me. The proof is the work I do in my Father’s name.

I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them away from me,

for my Father has given them to me, and he is more powerful than anyone else. No one can snatch them from the Father’s hand.

The Father and I are one.”

Once again the people picked up stones to kill him.

They replied, “We’re stoning you not for any good work, but for blasphemy! You, a mere man, claim to be God.”

Some have lived their whole life trying to disprove this truth - what a waste!

So what spirit is controlling your belief, what lie have you been holding unto all these years?

How long will you remain in darkness, remaining in confusion or arguments?

Philippians 2:5-11

You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.

Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to.

Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. 

When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross.

Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

On the other part many also come in the name of Christ, trying to deceive people for either their own selfish interest or (and altogether) as agents of the enemy.

We must understand that if we are born of God, we carry His Spirit and his Spirit testifies in us.

1 John 4:4

But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.

It is unlikely that you will receive a prophesy from without, if the Lord has not already spoken to you from within. Selah

So those running here and there for prophesies and miracles beware of these contractors, remember that the blessings and miracles of the Lord IS NOT FOR SALE!

Acts 8:20-21

But Peter replied, “May your money be destroyed with you for thinking God’s gift can be bought!

You can have no part in this, for your heart is not right with God.

After all said, is anyone still hardened, does anyone still argue or contest the true person of Christ? Listen:

1 John 4:5-6

Those people belong to this world, so they speak from the world’s viewpoint, and the world listens to them.

But we belong to God, and those who know God listen to us. If they do not belong to God, they do not listen to us. That is how we know if someone has the Spirit of truth or the spirit of deception.

May the Lord release His mercy, that many will believe and be saved.

Glory to the Heavenly Father forever, the glory of Christ is also the glory of the Father.

He calls us blessed.
