GOD'S SALVATION

1 John 5:6-8

And Jesus Christ was revealed as God’s Son by his baptism in water and by shedding his blood on the cross—not by water only, but by water and blood. And the Spirit, who is truth, confirms it with his testimony.

So we have these three witnesses— the Spirit, the water, and the blood — and all three agree.

God made His salvation plan by sending His Son to the world to redeem all people, if only they believe.

This plan of redemption has been even before the creation of the world, it is just that there has been many events since the creation of man.

Matthew 13:34-35

Jesus always used stories and illustrations like these when speaking to the crowds. In fact, he never spoke to them without using such parables.

This fulfilled what God had spoken through the prophet:

“I will speak to you in parables.

I will explain things hidden since the creation of the world.”

1 Peter 1:19-20

It was the precious blood of Christ, the sinless, spotless Lamb of God.

God chose him as your ransom long before the world began, but now in these last days he has been revealed for your sake.

Revelation 13:8

And all the people who belong to this world worshiped the beast. They are the ones whose names were not written in the Book of Life that belongs to the Lamb who was slaughtered before the world was made.

Remember that man was created in the image of God, having self will, this very self will would either give him life or when misused give Him death - funny enough, man chose death:

Genesis 2:9,15-17

The Lord God made all sorts of trees grow up from the ground—trees that were beautiful and that produced delicious fruit. In the middle of the garden he placed the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

The Lord God placed the man in the Garden of Eden to tend and watch over it.

But the Lord God warned him, “You may freely eat the fruit of every tree in the garden — except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. If you eat its fruit, you are sure to die.”

Some philosophers have asked, why was the tree placed there at all, some say man had no choice etc.

It is just like asking why a man whose child was already pre-warned not to tamper with electricity, had power supply at all in his house. Different analogies could be used to describe the situation and how irrelevant the question is.

However, one part people miss is that, it is not a literal fruit and that it is not literally a tree.

What we should understand is that it was a choice between obedience and disobedience and man with a push from the enemy chose disobedience.

The same is in the world today. For after man fell God still kept track, His love for man did not relinquish, He made sure man still had a link to Him till He perfected His salvation plan.

Even when He destroyed the world He kept a family to keep humanity going. His salvation plan was for those who had died before the revelation of the Messiah, those who lived during His season on earth and all who come after.

Israel was the country through which this salvation was to come:

John 4:22

You Samaritans know very little about the one you worship, while we Jews know all about him, for salvation comes through the Jews.

Funny enough when the salvation was revealed through the Jews, the Jews did not even realize it:

Matthew 2:2-6

“Where is the newborn king of the Jews? We saw his star as it rose, and we have come to worship him.”

King Herod was deeply disturbed when he heard this, as was everyone in Jerusalem.

He called a meeting of the leading priests and teachers of religious law and asked, “Where is the Messiah supposed to be born?”

“In Bethlehem in Judea,” they said, “for this is what the prophet wrote:

‘And you, O Bethlehem in the land of Judah, are not least among the ruling cities of Judah,

for a ruler will come from you who will be the shepherd for my people Israel.’''

So Christ was revealed and He walked through this earth thirty years and ministered for three years, and great was the works He did:

John 21:25

Jesus also did many other things. If they were all written down, I suppose the whole world could not contain the books that would be written.

Now look at the trend, the Heavenly Father kept tab with the people on the earth through prophets using the children of Israel as His reference point. He spoke through prophets till Christ was revealed, John the Baptist being the last before the revelation of the Messiah.

Hebrews 1:1-4

Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets.

And now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he created the universe.

The Son radiates God’s own glory and expresses the very character of God, and he sustains everything by the mighty power of his command. When he had cleansed us from our sins, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God in heaven.

This shows that the Son is far greater than the angels, just as the name God gave him is greater than their names.

So after Christ came, we did not need a prophet to reveal anything, the revelation had been done, the price had been paid, that is why Jesus said on the cross "It is finished".

Listen, every prophet in scripture, the whole law including the sabbath and the whole of scriptures were pointing to the Father's salvation which is in Christ Jesus:

John 5:39

“You search the Scriptures because you think they give you eternal life. But the Scriptures point to me!

Also any prophet after Christ that is not talking about Christ cannot be from the Heavenly Father:

Acts 4:11-12

For Jesus is the one referred to in the Scriptures, where it says,

‘The stone that you builders rejected has now become the cornerstone.’

There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.”

1 Timothy 2:5

For, There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus.

This is God's salvation, every other thing was created by man and the work of the enemy to keep people blinded and in bondage, no matter how far they have grown, no matter how many people have been deceived, the TRUTH cannot change.

Listen:

Galatians 1:4-9

Jesus gave his life for our sins, just as God our Father planned, in order to rescue us from this evil world in which we live.

All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.

I am shocked that you are turning away so soon from God, who called you to himself through the loving mercy of Christ. You are following a different way that pretends to be the Good News

but is not the Good News at all. You are being fooled by those who deliberately twist the truth concerning Christ.

Let God’s curse fall on anyone, including us or even an angel from heaven, who preaches a different kind of Good News than the one we preached to you.

I say again what we have said before: If anyone preaches any other Good News than the one you welcomed, let that person be cursed.

Listen anyone who tells you an angel said this or that, and contradicts the message of Christ Jesus, is not of God. Don't be deceived. God finished the work in Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit did not come to testify of anything different:

John 16:7,13-15

But in fact, it is best for you that I go away, because if I don’t, the Advocate won’t come. If I do go away, then I will send him to you.

When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future.

He will bring me glory by telling you whatever he receives from me.

All that belongs to the Father is mine; this is why I said, ‘The Spirit will tell you whatever he receives from me.’

Don't be deceived, the Holy Spirit is not a man, He is not a prophet, He is God's own Spirit, ominipotent and He will only testify of Christ Jesus.

This is why I cry again and again:

RELIGIONS are man-made, SALVATION is God-made.

May the Lord deliver many.

Help us Good Lord.

We accept Your salvation.

He calls us blessed.

Love
