WE HAVE A "HAVEN"

Apart from the heaven that many know as the place where God lives and where they think they will be after the life here, there is a place of dwelling where God is, even here on earth. A haven!

A haven is a place of safety; a refuge or sanctuary.

Psalm 91:1-2

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust."

It is not literally a place like a location as many people err today, calling this place or that place a holy sight. No

Jesus said:

John 4:21

Jesus replied, “Believe me, dear woman, the time is coming when it will no longer matter whether you worship the Father on this mountain or in Jerusalem.

Some of us humans who are not matured still dwell on places, images and other forms of elementals forgetting that the Heavenly Father is Spirit so also is He worshipped - "in spirit".

We live in the world where there are temptations and trials, where things do not happen exactly as we wish it to be.

It is a physical world yet controlled by spiritual occurrences and powers.

To make it in this world you cannot depend on your physical senses, feelings, emotions or strength. You must reach out into your spirit.

No wonder many seek divers sorcerers and spiritualist to assist them.

But you who have seen the light know that . . .

Acts 4:12

 "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."

When you are in Christ every power and authority is under you because Yeshua "Jesus the Christ" had already paid the price for you and God has made Him above all things.

Ephesians 1:17-23

 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,

 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power

which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,

far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.

And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church,

which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

This is the haven that we have, a refuge and a protection that is above every power and every other authority.

Philippians 2:10

that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth,

2Thessalonians 1:12

that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

It is not limited to a physical place, it is not in an anointing oil, holy water, blessed sand and the other elements that people idolatorally cling to. NO. It is in the spirit.

Yes in the time of the law, people walked like this, because all men where under bondage, but no more Christ has come to set things right, to make man free.

Galatians 4:1-7

Think of it this way. If a father dies and leaves an inheritance for his young children, those children are not much better off than slaves until they grow up, even though they actually own everything their father had.

They have to obey their guardians until they reach whatever age their father set.

And that’s the way it was with us before Christ came. We were like children; we were slaves to the basic spiritual principles of this world.

But when the right time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman, subject to the law.

God sent him to buy freedom for us who were slaves to the law, so that he could adopt us as his very own children.

And because we are his children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, prompting us to call out, “Abba, Father.”

Now you are no longer a slave but God’s own child. And since you are his child, God has made you his heir.

If you are yet to understand this, you are yet to start your christian journey, you are yet to have a true relationship with the Heavenly Father. Many will arise and extort you because you are gullible. Ask yourself, where are all those ones before them who arose as messiahs? Don't be gullible.

Your victory is in no man, denomination, sects or religion. Your victory is in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Therefore arise today in confidence know who you are in Jesus, unless you are yet to be born again. Then what are you waiting for? He has been knocking on the door of you heart, open to Him.

Revelation 3:20

"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.

If you have received Him do not be cowed by the powers and forces that be; ARISE and live in the authority he has given you. Pray with certainty, live in conviction and act in love. Help those in your gatherings and out there to also live the victorious life.

1John 4:4

 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

How can you know this and still be driven here and there, WAKE UP!

Instead of running here and there, build your relationship with the Heavenly Father, study the word, meditate, pray, worship, fast and teach the truth - all you need in this life is already deposited in you. Live the true life of love and righteousness. Selah

Luke 17:21

You won’t be able to say, ‘Here it is!’ or ‘It’s over there!’ For the Kingdom of God is already among you.”

The kingdom of God is in you. You already have a haven!

Help us Dear Lord, open our eyes to see, our minds to understand and our will to do.

Help us Good Lord. We are in your haven. Glory to Your name forever.
