NEW EVERY MORNING

Lamentations 3:23

[They are] new every morning: great [is] thy faithfulness.

Let us look at God's hand at work for His children through scriptures:

To cross the red sea, the rod is stretched over the sea and it parted.

Exodus 14:21

And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go [back] by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry [land], and the waters were divided.

To cross the Jordan four priests had to carry the ark into the water, immediately they did this, the water stopped flowing.

Joshua 3:17

And the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD stood firm on dry ground in the midst of Jordan, and all the Israelites passed over on dry ground, until all the people were passed clean over Jordan.

To bring down the wall of Jericho they had to walk round the city seven times then ended with a loud noise and sound of trumpets.

For Jehoshaphat to win the battle musicians had to lead the army with singing.

For Hezekiah not a single arrow entered the city for Sennacherib to be defeated.

2Kings 19:35

And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the LORD went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they [were] all dead corpses.

We see from scriptures that there are many ways God can decide to do His miracles and He is not limited to one method or sign.

The Apostles:

* Some were healed by contact with their mantle.

* Some were healed by contact with their shadow

* Some were healed by laying on of hands

* Some were healed by spoken word alone

We need to be careful not to rely on the elements but on the God who actually brought it to pass.

In this we see many who err:

* selling of anointed water

* selling of anointed oil

* selling of healing scriptures

* selling of healing mantles

* and so many idolatrous or money driven "elementalism".

Thus Peter said:

Acts 8:20

But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.

These things remain constant though:

* Prayer

* The Word

*Worship

* Faith

The Lord's angels are still on assignment, the Lord is not short on ways to keep doing His miracles for us.

Don't let anyone cage you with their imagination or keep you bound in the elements, your focus should be on the God of the miracles, for above that need of yours is your relationship with Him.

Thus like Paul we should say:

Philippians 3:8

Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ.

For we should not just wait for drops or handouts, NO, as a member of the family we get from the source. Selah

Ephesians 1:5

God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure.

Really great is His Faithfulness. Give Him praise this morning.

Don't leave His presence.

The miracles are here.

He calls us blessed.
