CORRECT YOUR MISTAKES

Ephesians 4:31-32

Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior.

Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.

A good natured person is obedient to the above verses, for the man God created was good. However, when sin came, it gave man the alternative to do and be what he was not created to be, he died and could not be that God natured.

When Christ came He told us what His Spirit will do for us, from salvation to the ability to know things and then to display God's nature, this is what Paul emphasized in Galatians chapter five:

Galatians 5:22-26

But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!

Those who belong to Christ Jesus have nailed the passions and desires of their sinful nature to his cross and crucified them there.

Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives.

Let us not become conceited, or provoke one another, or be jealous of one another.

However, as humans we can still make mistakes, what are we to do then?

James 3:2

Indeed, we all make many mistakes. For if we could control our tongues, we would be perfect and could also control ourselves in every other way.

1 John 1:9-10

But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness.

If we claim we have not sinned, we are calling God a liar and showing that his word has no place in our hearts.

Isaiah 43:25

“I—yes, I alone—will blot out your sins for my own sake and will never think of them again.

We do not try to cover it up or deny, we confess and make amends that we may be free of it (you and any it has affected), then learn it's lesson to become a better person.

Proverbs 28:13

People who conceal their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy.

Psalms 145:14,17-18

The Lord helps the fallen and lifts those bent beneath their loads.

The Lord is righteous in everything he does; he is filled with kindness.

The Lord is close to all who call on him, yes, to all who call on him in truth.

For even before salvation the Lord did not desire anyone to die a sinner:

Ezekiel 33:11

As surely as I live, says the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of wicked people. I only want them to turn from their wicked ways so they can live. Turn! Turn from your wickedness, O people of Israel! Why should you die?

Moreso, we who have been called into salvation. Thus we throw away our pride and correct our mistakes, we don't dwell there, for we do not leave His mighty hand, we may stumble but His promise is that we will not fall. Glory to God.

Psalms 37:23-24

The Lord directs the steps of the godly.

He delights in every detail of their lives.

Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand.

So instead of grieving long on that mistake or error, arise make amends, throw away ego and pride, that the Good Lord will lift you up.

James 4:10

Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he will lift you up in honor.

Thank You Dear Father for Your faithfulness, Your steadfast love never ceases, Your mercy never comes to an end but they are new every morning. Halleluyah

He calls us blessed.
