WE CAN MAKE PLANS
Proverbs 16:1,3
We can make our own plans, but the Lord gives the right answer.
Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed.
We can definitely make plans, the wisdom is to commit them into the hands of the Lord. Selah
I always try to explain to those who ask about the Heavenly Father's creation of man, that the man God created was not a robot or a stereotype but a model of Himself, if He is the Prototype.
Listen:
Genesis 1:27
So God created human beings in His own image.
In the image of God He created them; male and female He created them.
So what God can do, man was to be able to do on earth. God created, man could create, God planned man could plan. Man's problem came when he sold himself out by disobedience. (Just one thing you had to keep away from, just one thing . . .). The same today, you are tempted only of that thing you are to keep away from. It is a temptation because you were not meant to have it. Selah
So when you see people think, develop things, ideas etc, it is the way God made man.
So man lost eternity, he chose death when he would have had life.
Genesis 2:9
The Lord God made all sorts of trees grow up from the ground—trees that were beautiful and that produced delicious fruit. In the middle of the garden he placed the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
Many try to blame God for placing the tree where man could reach out for it. We are not going into that now, however I remember that I used an analogy for some who sought to understand. (Every house has an electric power source, it is needed for good purposes, if a person goes ahead to penetrate the socket to see how the wires operate and get electrocuted, . . . )
So we have the ability and are free to plan. However as children of God, wisdom is to commit our plans to the Heavenly Father, so that He will not only help us, but since He sees what we cannot see, He can make adjustments to our plans.
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding.
Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take.
Do we see it, "seek His will in all you do" . . . I repeat . . . "Seek His will in all you do". Selah
So man is not just a mediocre or a lazy creature, no, He was well designed by the Heavenly Father. It is sin and death that contaminated man and that is what the Heavenly Father came to repair or change in Christ Jesus.
For when man sinned he gave the enemy access to him, thus the power of sin and death. Christ came to destroy this bondage:
1 John 3:8
But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil.
So go ahead with those good plans, there is nothing wrong in them. Let the Lord take control.
For the believer, He gave us His Spirit thus we are empowered to even do greater things. The joy is we furthermore have a reward with Him in eternity. Halleluyah. For all our spiritual work here has heavenly rewards. Glory to God.
As we go through this new month the Lord has renewed our hearts given us wisdom and grace to excel in all we do.
Listen, for He still speaks to direct and also tell you what to do for Him. In listening you also know when to move, stop or take a turn.
We are blessed, we are favoured, we will succeed. Go in this might.
He calls us blessed.
Love
