A BETTER YOU

Proverbs 4:18

The way of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, which shines ever brighter until the full light of day.

Psalm 91:14

Because he has given me his love, I will take him out of danger: I will put him in a place of honour, because he has kept my name in his heart.

The Heavenly Father's desire for every human is positive growth, for in the beginning He made all things good and commanded us to prosper.

Genesis 1:27-28
So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.
Then God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and multiply. Fill the earth and govern it. Reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, and all the animals that scurry along the ground.”

However sin made man what he was not, for death came to be.

Today every human has the opportunity to return to Him, the Heavenly Father, and of course the only one who is the way is the Word Himself, Christ Jesus.

The issue is that many have not understood that the real man is not the carnal flesh but the spirit of man. Thus the Heavenly Father is interested in the soul of man, thus He looks into the heart to see the exact intent of man and not the outward show:

Jeremiah 17:10
I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

The Lord God, doesn't deal with appearances He searches the heart.

One great thing about the victory Christ won was the ability to have a changed heart, to turn from what we used to be to what God wants us to be.

Romans 5:6
For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

2 Corinthians 5:17
This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

That is, everyone has the opportunity to re-write their story, to have a new heart, the heart that God desires. For some it is immediately they receive the new birth that they manifest this growth other come to it after the realization has sunk in, through teachings and experience. No matter how it comes growth is eminent.

We can change our diet from all those things that give us hate, and be filled with that which is of love. This is the core essence of our salvation.

Ephesians 4:22-24
throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception.
Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes.
Put on your new nature, created to be like God—truly righteous and holy.

Isaiah 2:2
Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it.

No one is exempted, every person can enjoy the grace of the new birth and everyone born of God can be refreshed again and again to become better and better.

Titus 2:11-13
For the grace of God has been revealed, bringing salvation to all people.
And we are instructed to turn from godless living and sinful pleasures. We should live in this evil world with wisdom, righteousness, and devotion to God, while we look forward with hope to that wonderful day when the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, will be revealed.

Our heart must remain in God, filled with His nature, which is Love.

Proverbs 4:18
But the path of the just is like the shining sun, that shines ever brighter unto the perfect day.

Thus we become better and better each day as Christ reveals more and more to us, we become better in our show of love which extents to how we deal with all forms of people and situations.

Yes, we get better in all things concerning including our careers, work, skills, ministry, responsibilities and in all things, we fail in non.

2 Corinthians 9:8
And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.

I heard this quote yesterday:

"Before you give excuses, remember that someone who has less resources and opportunities than you have, has done better with it"

I see a better you, I see us getting better by the day, as our clock keeps ticking, our report will keep improving, our story will be a good testimony.

Halleluyah.

He calls us blessed.

Love
