OKAY IN GOD'S HANDS

1Peter 5:7

casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.


As we end another week it is apt that we remind ourselves that it is God's grace that keeps us going on, as we rest or prepare to go on with our work, we believe God's caring hand, as a loving Father that He is, is there to carry us on. Halleluyah.


He promised and His promise will not fail, for those who put their trust in Him are never disappointed.


Psalm 18:30

As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the LORD is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.


Two instructions are very important:


* First is humility:


1Peter 5:6

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,


* Second is - Be sober, be watchful:


1Peter 5:8

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.


Most times we get carried away with pride, carelessness or get drunk with alcohol, emotions or ego then we falter and then wonder what happened. Why did God not help us?


He did but we fought against His help.


That will not be our portion as we go on this year for the Lord will make everything fall into place for us, we will not resist Him, instead we will submit to Him.


Surely we will stay submitted to him and be watchful. All will be well.


Glory to the Heavenly Father.


He calls us blessed.

Remember: God is in control.

As we go through the 11th month of this year of accomplishment, let us be reminded. When it seems to hurt so much, or it all looks quiet and alone, when it appears not to work out. Please don't give up, God is still in control Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. My dear it is not about how you feel, and not about what it seems, it is about what He Has promised and He who promised is sure to keep His Word.
