STAY IN FAITH

Hebrews 11:6

But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.


The fact that you have faith is enough reason for you to expect your faith to be tested. For truly you cannot say you have strength until it has been tested.


Our faith in God is definitely not limited by our feelings or our emotions. We cannot trust our feelings and emotions, they fluctuate day after day. Neither can we ignore the temptations and worldly influence, thus we hold on to faith.


Explaining God intellectually is actuality a futility. He is Spirit and cannot be limited by the five senses. That's why the law was actually a bondage. Faith is the only way, for our fathers of old who pleased the Lord were those who walked in faith.


It is not wisdom trying to live to please a Spirit based on our senses. It has to be by faith. For God is Spirit.


Salvation itself is a product of faith.


Romans 10:10

For with the heart one believes to righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made to salvation.


It could never be by works, your faith will produce works. Because anything done out of faith is sin.


Romans 14:23

But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith; for whatever is not from faith is sin.


Mark 2:5

 When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, "Son, your sins are forgiven you."


Therefore we begin by faith, live by faith and then leave by faith.


It is not an abstract, it is living itself, for faith breeds hope and makes you live in obedience, for the opposition is fear, fear breeds disobedience and all acts of faithlessness.


We are wise, we stay in faith:


Faith will make us:

* trust God for His promises;


* understand that God finished His work through His Son Jesus Christ and then came to dwell in us by His Holy Spirit;


* stay away from sin because we believe we have been delivered from its power;


* show love to others cause we believe God is love;


* pray ceaselessly knowing that we have a Father who always listens and talks with us;


* study the word of God for in them lies God's promises and direction;


* live by the Spirit who dwells in us(if we are born again);


* tell others about God's love in giving His Son Jesus the Christ that they may enjoy sonship and escape hell;


* Worship God continiously knowing that He deserves all the Glory;


* Show love to others because we know God is love.


FOR WITHOUT FAITH WE CANNOT PLEASE GOD!


May nothing shake our faith.


I see our faith grow day by day.

Remember: God is in control.

As we go through the 11th month of this year of accomplishment, let us be reminded. When it seems to hurt so much, or it all looks quiet and alone, when it appears not to work out.
