FOUR THINGS

2 Corinthians 13:11

Dear brothers and sisters, I close my letter with these last words: Be joyful. Grow to maturity. Encourage each other. Live in harmony and peace. Then the God of love and peace will be with you.

Paul concludes his second letter to the Corinthians with four instructions:

* Be joyful

* Grow to maturity

* Encourage one another

* Live in harmony and peace

Now check through these four, in which are you not basking in?

Go through the four again, get their meaning, this morning meditate on them.

Why am I asking you to do this? It is because of the last part of that verse:

2 Corinthians 13:11b(NLT)

Then the God of love and peace will be with you.

2 Corinthians 13:11b(KJV)

and the God of love and peace shall be with you.

2 Corinthians 13:11b (Message)

Do all that, and the God of love and peace will be with you for sure.

For if we want God’s presence continually with us we must take care of these four.

For we must create the right atmosphere for God's Spirit to manifest in our lives. Why should one remain in relationship with you if you have a bad attitude.

1 Thessalonians 5:19

Do not stifle the Holy Spirit.

The Spirit does not thrive unless we give Him room. Break that character, keep the right aura:

2 Corinthians 13:14

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

He calls us blessed.

Love
