THE LORD IS INTERESTED IN THE WILLING

Exodus 35:21
And they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made willing, [and] they brought the LORD'S offering to the work of the tabernacle of the congregation, and for all his service, and for the holy garments.

It cannot be overemphasized that the Lord is interested in the willing, every spiritual leader needs to understand this, the truth is that He who calls will yet do it.

Exodus 35:21-23
All whose hearts were stirred and whose spirits were moved came and brought their sacred offerings to the Lord. They brought all the materials needed for the Tabernacle, for the performance of its rituals, and for the sacred garments.
Both men and women came, all whose hearts were willing. They brought to the Lord their offerings of gold—brooches, earrings, rings from their fingers, and necklaces. They presented gold objects of every kind as a special offering to the Lord.
All those who owned the following items willingly brought them: blue, purple, and scarlet thread; fine linen and goat hair for cloth; and tanned ram skins and fine goatskin leather.

That is why we pray, prayer prompts the Lord to stir the hearts of people thus making them willing:

Jesus said:

Matthew 9:38
Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

The willing heart is of the Lord, and when you have a team of willing people, victory is certain. No project overwhelms them.

Nothing like willingness, the women were not excluded:

Exodus 35:25-26
All the women who were skilled in sewing and spinning prepared blue, purple, and scarlet thread, and fine linen cloth.
All the women who were willing used their skills to spin the goat hair into yarn.

This is what the fellowship of brethren should be, not of compulsion, not with strife, competition or backbiting.

2 Corinthians 9:7-8
You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.”
And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.

Are you a willing vessel?

Exodus 35:29
So the people of Israel—every man and woman who was eager to help in the work the Lord had given them through Moses—brought their gifts and gave them freely to the Lord.

The key is willingness.

May the Lord revive His church, that we may walk the right part.

He calls us blessed.
