THE RIGHT POSITIONING
Genesis 12:1-3
The Lord had said to Abram, “Leave your native country, your relatives, and your father’s family, and go to the land that I will show you.
I will make you into a great nation. I will bless you and make you famous, and you will be a blessing to others.
I will bless those who bless you and curse those who treat you with contempt. All the families on earth will be blessed through you.”
One of the biggest problem of our days, is our inability to hear the voice of he Lord. For if many did, they would do anything to ensure they follow the path the Lord had laid for them. Of course some would resist, some will not believe and others could just rebel.
For we are created special, yet, our dependence on the divine can not be ignored.
It is because of this need that so many have arisen over the years claiming false revelations, becoming self acclaimed spiritual leaders to deceive many claiming to be the voice of God. This is the current reasons for so many religions.
One truth must remain and cannot be countered:
John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
This is basic truth!
1 Corinthians 3:11
For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
This is truth!
Does it mean that all that claim to come in His name are true? NO!
We see a lot gimmicks here and there, actors, liars, blasphemous greedy deceivers, deceiving many with false miracles, prearranged and sorcery prophesies, on and out of public media space all claiming to be of Christ. I always wonder how anyone could be so deceived.
Mark 16:17-18
And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Some imposters and the ignorant have turned this verse to an irony!
This signs don't follow believers, believers now pursue this signs. Why would they not be deceived and spiritually SCAMMED!
The father of faith could hear God speak, thus he could obey, so other great people of testimony in scriptures. We who have a greater call, who live after Christ has been revealed go for something less. We allow ourselves to be fooled by acclaimed prophets, man of God, seer etc. Who did this to this generation.
Every gift was meant to be of service in the church not to start a denomination or become a celebrity.
Ephesians 4:11-13
Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers.
Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ.
This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.
It is not a money making venture or an occupation. It is not a TV reality show.
What is it for:
Ephesians 4:14-16
Then we will no longer be immature like children. We won’t be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching. We will not be influenced when people try to trick us with lies so clever they sound like the truth.
Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church.
He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.
Is that what we see today, NO, but a growing madness!
How has the Heavenly Father instructed us?
A warning is coming from the Lord to every believer. Get your heart right with God. It is you and Him first before anyone. Your church is a help an edifying family, you must account for yourself. Ignorance has never been an excuse to escape destruction.
Ephesians 4:18
Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:
Help us Good Lord, that we who have believed would be in the right position. We will not be carried away by the gimmicks and the error in the world, but more than Abraham we would be found worthy, for we have a greater covenant. Help us Good Lord. Glory to your name. Halleluyah.
He calls us blessed.
