A NEW YEAR REMINDER
Welcome to a new year, happy that God allowed us see it.
As we have been given the grace to see the beginning of another year, is there anything that makes it different from other days past in previous years?
What makes a day special or vice versa is dependent on what happens on that day. And a lot of what a day is, depends on what we do or do not do.
The best thing to happen to us is to have God's hands favourable towards us each day. The God factor is of utmost importance.
Romans 5:1
Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ
This is the most important thing we must settle before other things begin to matter. For at least no one will threaten you with hell or condemnation. Assurance!
Matthew 6:33
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
When this is settled, you move ahead to take control of things, first in the place of prayer then to good planning, dedicated work, commitment and sincerity
Genesis 1:27
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.
Can you imagine the heaps of prayers in request forwarded to God from the 31st December 2019 to the 1st of this January 2020.
Not all that made these requests
will get them, but those who focus on their vision/plans and are dedicated to achieve them.
*They will listen in the spirit and get direction.
*They will be update with information and make the right choices at the right time.
*They will keep the right company and use their time wisely.
*They will make themselves useful to God and man.
Money gimmicks will not take you there (Giving to God is not a ponzi scheme)
However, your nature of love and responsibility as a son/daughter will make you give and really GIVE big. For God will fund His work through His people whom He has blessed.
We must be careful that in all our doings, we do not let our love go cold, for love is the character of God living and evident in us.
Let us go and enjoy a better and glorious year.
2020 our year of establishment.
He calls us blessed.
