DON'T BE MOVED BY OPPOSITION
Nehemiah 4:1&6
But it came to pass, that when Sanballat heard that we builded the wall, he was wroth, and took great indignation, and mocked the Jews.
So built we the wall; and all the wall was joined together unto the half thereof: for the people had a mind to work.
Once you have gotten the vision clearly and understood the will of the Lord you move ahead. This does not mean that you will not have oppositions. They would come one way or the other to discourage good works or to bring down good projects. Let us learn from Nehemiah:
They mocked his project and said it would crash.
Nehemiah 4:1-3
Sanballat was very angry when he learned that we were rebuilding the wall. He flew into a rage and mocked the Jews,
saying in front of his friends and the Samarian army officers, “What does this bunch of poor, feeble Jews think they’re doing? Do they think they can build the wall in a single day by just offering a few sacrifices? Do they actually think they can make something of stones from a rubbish heap—and charred ones at that?”
Tobiah the Ammonite, who was standing beside him, remarked, “That stone wall would collapse if even a fox walked along the top of it!”
What did Nehemiah do?
Nehemiah 4:4-5
Then I prayed, “Hear us, our God, for we are being mocked. May their scoffing fall back on their own heads, and may they themselves become captives in a foreign land!
Do not ignore their guilt. Do not blot out their sins, for they have provoked you to anger here in front of the builders.”
He reported their matter to the one in authority, the Supreme Father to whom all accounts to.
Then he continued his work:
Nehemiah 4:6
At last the wall was completed to half its height around the entire city, for the people had worked with enthusiasm.
The initial stages would definitely meet with challenges, we must always learn to stay strong, know when to take actions, pause and when to move faster.
I love the way our Saviour puts it:
John 16:33
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
Nothing will be able to separate us from the love of God. Our goals and plans would be fulfilled according to God's purpose.
We are winners.
He calls us blessed.

Yes, the enemy is always on the opposite side when there is success. May the Lord empower us to overcome and render the wish of our enemies useless
