WRATH OF LIARS (Psalm 120)

Psalms 120:3
O deceptive tongue, what will God do to you? How will he increase your punishment?

The Lord hates the lying tongue. Of course what the Lord hates we see the enemy and the power of darkness displaying. For they are fallen.

Nothing as evil as a lying tongue when it is done to take advantage or backstab another. Jesus said concerning the enemy:

John 8:44
Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Are you a liar?

To your spouse, parents, children etc.

You cannot be of God and show the character of the enemy. For Christ is all about the truth, and we must be of the truth.

If you are of the Father do not practice the things He hates:

Proverbs 6:16-19
There are six things the lord hates— no, seven things he detests:
haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that kill the innocent, a heart that plots evil, feet that race to do wrong,a false witness who pours out lies, a person who sows discord in a family.

For we know sects that cry peace, peace but we see of them is destruction, just as the Psalmist quotes:

Psalms 120:6-7
I am tired of living among people who hate peace.
I search for peace; but when I speak of peace, they want war!

But we who are of God carry His Spirit and His Spirit is of peace. Halleluyah.

1Thessalonians 5:23
And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and [I pray God] your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Glory to God, we leave in peace, we live in truth.

John 15:26
But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, [even] the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

Are you in this wagon, or are you still trapped in religion, or denominations? Be free, seek the God of peace and truth. One thing is true, He saves you as a person, will judge you as a person and will also reward you as a person.

So, come to Him as a person, live for Him as a person, serve Him in truth.

Yes we serve Him as a group, but as a group of people who have each met Him as a person. Selah!

For at the end of all things we will all stand before Him as a person. No religion or sect will count. It will be you and Him. So come to Him now.

DO NOT LET YOUR LIFE BE A LIE! LIVE IN THE TRUTH.

1John 5:6
This is he that came by water and blood, [even] Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.

He calls us blessed.

Remember: God is in control.

As we go through the 11th month of this year of accomplishment, let us be reminded. When it seems to hurt so much, or it all looks quiet and alone, when it appears not to work out.
