THE DIVIDE (Psalm 125)

Psalm 125:1
They that trust in the LORD [shall be] as mount Zion, [which] cannot be removed, [but] abideth for ever.

Trully, we should not forget that in this life and in the next the Heavenly Father has sound promise for all who put their trust in Him.

Our trust in God is only evident in our trust in His Son Jesus the Christ. For He is the revelation of the Father.

John 3:36
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

For the Heavenly Father has left all judgment to His Son. So whether you receive Him now or not you will yet face Him at the end.

John 5:22
For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

Yes for every eye shall see Him, some to rejoicing, some to condemnation.

Revelation 1:7
Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they [also] which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

John 3:18
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 3:35-36
The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

So the Lord keeps His own, here on earth and even more so after this life. For when we come to Him He takes charge of our affairs, delivering us from the hands of the wicked ones.

What of the wicked?

Psalm 125:3
For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.

They shall be separated from the righteous. For they will experience the wrath of God. Yes, those who refuse to repent of their evil ways, those who reject the Son of the Living God.

John 3:19&20.
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, their deeds were evil.
For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

The call is still out for all to come to the light, why should anyone want to be rejected at the end?

Why stand on sinking ground, why grub through the darkness? The light has shone, Yeshua, Jesus the Christ has been revealed.

Psalms 125:4-5
O Lord, do good to those who are good, whose hearts are in tune with you.
But banish those who turn to crooked ways, O Lord. Take them away with those who do evil.
May Israel have peace!

There is a dividing line, may we be found on the right side.

We are blessed.
