PRAISE THE LORD (Psalm 134)
Psalm 134:1
Behold, bless ye the LORD, all [ye] servants of the LORD, which by night stand in the house of the LORD.
Where else will we be, what else will we do, if we do not praise the Lord?
When we remember the extent of the sacrifice the Heavenly Father gave to us. The death of Jesus the Christ, the great price so that we cannot be separated from the Father's love.
Romans 8:38
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
For in the New Testament when the bible talks of the house of the Lord and Jerusalem, it does not refer to a building or a location, but the presence of the Lord. For He indwells us, thus when we gather, He says He is in our midst.
Matthew 18:20
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Hebrews 12:22
But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
For some are still trapped in worshipping places and sites. That is the bondage of carnal religion. For God is Spirit and those who worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in truth.
This same ignorance makes people treat pastors or ministers as sorcerers or spiritualist. They further go to worship a place of spiritual experience, symbols, signs, images, even stones and blocks. All these is idolatry and mere foolishness.
How can you experience the messenger and not experience the message. Christ Jesus is the message!
When you know God, you praise Him as God.
Galatians 6:8
For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
For most of your feelings is of the flesh. You do not worship by mood, you worship by revelation. Revelation comes by study. For what will the Spirit remind you of, if you do not study.
Romans 10:17
So then faith [cometh] by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
This is how we began and this is how we continue.
Who or What will steal your praise?
May no rock take our place. We will emit praise. With our voice, our actions even in our writings. Praise the Lord.
Luke 19:40
But he said, "If they kept quiet, the stones would do it for them, shouting praise."
Nothing will steal my praise.
PRAISE YE THE LORD.
He calls us blessed.
