HE HAS US COVERED (Psalm 91)

Psalm 91:1
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

Where better to run for safety than under the cover of the overall leader. For when you are under the cover of the Most High, no other power has a say in your life.

Job 1:10
You have always put a wall of protection around him and his home and his property. You have made him prosper in everything he does. Look how rich he is!

When anyone comes to Christ, they automatically come into the secret place of the Most High, their names are written in the book of life and nothings takes place in their lives without God's permission or theirs.

Colossians 3:3
For you died to this life, and your real life is hidden with Christ in God.

Thus when we read this Psalm we proclaim that which the Heavenly Father has brought to us.

Psalms 91:2-5
This I declare about the lord:
He alone is my refuge, my place of safety; he is my God, and I trust him.
For he will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease.
He will cover you with his feathers. He will shelter you with his wings. His faithful promises are your armor and protection.
Do not be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies in the day.

Yes, that was what Christ was talking about, victory over the enemy(s)

Luke 10:18-19
And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Yes, see it clearer in verse 13 of the Psalm

Psalms 91:13
You will trample upon lions and cobras; you will crush fierce lions and serpents under your feet!

Troubles will come, yes, but the Lord says He will be with us, thus victory is sure:

Psalms 91:7
Though a thousand fall at your side, though ten thousand are dying around you, these evils will not touch you.

John 16:33
I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”

John 14:18
I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

For it was not that Daniel's three friends were not thrown into the fire, however they were not alone, thus the fire could not harm them.

Daniel eventually got thrown into the lions den, but he was not alone the Heavenly Father had sent His angel to take care of the lions.

Psalm 91:11
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

Yes angels are still on assignment from the Heavenly Father ministering to us.

Hebrews 1:14
Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

See another revelation in this Psalm:

Psalm 91:15
He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I [will be] with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

The Lord listens to the believer.

When He delivers, He does not stop there, He honours. Selah

* When Joseph was delivered from the sentence of his brothers who sold him off, he became father to the king of Egypt and his throne.

* When Daniels three friends were delivered from the furnace, they got huge promotions: (Daniel 3:30 Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, in the province of Babylon.)

* When Daniel was delivered from the den of lions, he prospered in the reign of Darius and Cyprus (Daniel 6:28 So this Daniel prospered in the reign of Darius, and in the reign of Cyrus the Persian.)

*When the Lord delivers any one who believes, He adds honour to him*

Ephesians 1:3
Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly [places] in Christ:

Yes, it is His will that we be of good health:

Psalms 91:10
no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home.

And of course He wants us to enjoy long life:

Psalms 91:10,16
I will reward them with a long life and give them my salvation.”

Jesus said same:

John 17:15
I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.

Glory to God, what a full package, what great privilege we have in the Heavenly Father through Christ Jesus. Halleluyah.

Why will we not praise Him day after day, He got us covered. Glory to God.

Philippians 4:20
Now unto God and our Father [be] glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Halleluyah.

He has blessed us.

Love
