FREE WORSHIP (Psalm 99)
Psalms 99:1-2
The lord is king! Let the nations tremble!
He sits on his throne between the cherubim. Let the whole earth quake!
The lord sits in majesty in Jerusalem, exalted above all the nations.
Away from the monumental places, from sites, temples and buildings, the Lord in His Spirit shows us who He is. That He is Spirit and all who worship Him most worship Him thus.
Yes, away from the place or site, the Lord's presence is there when we call upon Him in the name of His Son Jesus the Christ.
Matthew 18:20
For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Halleluyah, so I do not need to travel far, climb up a mountain, go down a valley, to be in the presence of the Lord.
Psalm 99:5
Exalt ye the LORD our God, and worship at his footstool; [for] he [is] holy.
And where is His footstool?
Isaiah 66:1.
Thus saith the LORD, The heaven [is] my throne, and the earth [is] my footstool: where [is] the house that ye build unto me? and where [is] the place of my rest?
Don't get carried away, the whole earth is His footstool, let no one brag about one holy site, praying ground or anointed place. For no matter what part of the earth you are, you can experience His presence and thus worship.
John 4:21
Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.
For when the Holy city was destroyed, the Heavenly Father was yet worshipped.
That which our fathers of old saw from a distance we enjoy today. Glory to God.
We have no restrictions, for God's Holy Hill, the Rock has already been revealed.
Bask in this liberty, worship and glorify the Heavenly Father.
Psalm 72:19
And blessed [be] his glorious name for ever: and let the whole earth be filled [with] his glory; Amen, and Amen.
He calls us blessed.
