YOU WIN (Psalm 70)
Psalms 70:3
Let them be horrified by their shame, for they said, “Aha! We’ve got him now!”
It is not new to have people who make themselves architects of the downfall of others. They seem to find joy when something evil happens to anyone who seems a threat, a competition or looks to take away their so called "shine". Most of the time it could be because of envy or just plain foolishness.
This was David's prayer for them:
Psalms 70:2
May those who try to kill me be humiliated and put to shame.
May those who take delight in my trouble be turned back in disgrace.
John 16:33
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
We learn from our elders past:
Joseph:
Genesis 50:19-20
And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for [am] I in the place of God?
But as for you, ye thought evil against me; [but] God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as [it is] this day, to save much people alive.
Mordecai:
Esther 3:5-6, 5:11-13, 6:13, 7:10, 8:2.
And when Haman saw that Mordecai bowed not, nor did him reverence, then was Haman full of wrath.
And he thought scorn to lay hands on Mordecai alone; for they had shewed him the people of Mordecai: wherefore Haman sought to destroy all the Jews that [were] throughout the whole kingdom of Ahasuerus, [even] the people of Mordecai.
And Haman told them of the glory of his riches, and the multitude of his children, and all [the things] wherein the king had promoted him, and how he had advanced him above the princes and servants of the king.
Yet all this availeth me nothing, so long as I see Mordecai the Jew sitting at the king's gate.
And Haman told Zeresh his wife and all his friends every [thing] that had befallen him. Then said his wise men and Zeresh his wife unto him, If Mordecai [be] of the seed of the Jews, before whom thou hast begun to fall, thou shalt not prevail against him, but shalt surely fall before him.
So they hanged Haman on the gallows that he had prepared for Mordecai. Then was the king's wrath pacified.
And the king took off his ring, which he had taken from Haman, and gave it unto Mordecai. And Esther set Mordecai over the house of Haman.
Daniel:
Daniel: 6:3-5, 13, 16, 22, 24.
Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit [was] in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm.
Then the presidents and princes sought to find occasion against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find none occasion nor fault; forasmuch as he [was] faithful, neither was there any error or fault found in him.
Then said these men, We shall not find any occasion against this Daniel, except we find [it] against him concerning the law of his God.
Then answered they and said before the king, That Daniel, which [is] of the children of the captivity of Judah, regardeth not thee, O king, nor the decree that thou hast signed, but maketh his petition three times a day.
Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast [him] into the den of lions. [Now] the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.
My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions' mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.
And the king commanded, and they brought those men which had accused Daniel, and they cast [them] into the den of lions, them, their children, and their wives; and the lions had the mastery of them, and brake all their bones in pieces or ever they came at the bottom of the den.
One characteristics of winners is that they keep their ways straight, you hardly find any fault in them "for those who come to equity must come with clean hands".
2 Corinthians 10:6
And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
For when judgement comes on the disobedient, we must be found obedient.
For though:
2Timothy 3:13
But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
The bible says concerning us who believe:
Romans 8:37
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
2 Corinthians 2:14
Now thanks [be] unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
Glory to God.
Psalm 70:4
Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
For no matter what people do to us we remain in the Spirit of love, for that is our nature, yes our spiritual character, they don't make us, we are already Christ made. Halleluyah.
WE WIN!
He calls us blessed.

The truth is, as believers we do not need to worry about them - let them do the worrying. In as much as they desire the agitation, let them carry the burden.
